Twin mom. Wife. Accountant. Scrapbooker. Cardmaker. Nap sneaker.
My bio from my website:
Julia is a twin mom. Wife. Accountant. Scrapbooker. Card maker. And self-proclaimed nap sneaker.
She is the proud mommy of boy/girl twins. She is also a full-time accountant that works outside the home in Corporate America. She holds an Associate' and Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and just recently earned her Master's degree in Accounting.
Julia prides herself on not being a “typical” boring accountant.
A former amateur drag racer, she loves to scrapbook, make cards, cook and read. She also enjoys spending time with her family, redecorating her house and traveling with the twins to new – and old – places.
Julia blogs at Mini Van Dreams about life with twins, scrapbooking, card making, easy recipes, blog tutorials, reviews, giveaways and anything else that crosses her path.
She recently became involved with social good endeavors through her blog and is now a member of the elite Global Team of 200 and a Monkey Do Project Blog Ambassador. She has also had several featured articles/posts on various websites, including Feed the Future, What to Expect, and US Aid.
She is impetuous, sassy, and a trooper.
She laughs her way through life.
She sleeps when she can sneak it in.
I love anything but rap or hip hop music. I especially like classic rock - Eagles, Tom Petty, etc.
I am a Jack Daniels and Coke/jeans and t-shirt kinda girl. I love working on cars. I collect frogs and interesting rocks. I love penguins. I love fun, unique things. I love to travel and learning about new places. My favorite place to visit is Amish Country in Holmes County, Ohio. I love old barns and country drives. I also love to cook and love to receive new recipes to try out. I am also a dirt racing (World of Outlaws) and NHRA drag racing fan and a die-hard Steelers girl. I also love writing letters/sending postcards. If you want to be penpals, send me a message!
I have a blog called Mini Van Dreams where I share recipes, craft tutorials, anecdotes about our crazy life, social good initiatives and more.
I mail my items at work. I mark them as soon as I put them in the mail drop. The mail is picked up once a day, so depending on what time I drop them, they might not go out until the next day. If you do not receive your items in a timely manner, PLEASE CONTACT ME and I will resend them!
DISLIKES - Please, do not send more than 2-3 tea bags. I do not like tea, but my children do. However, I do not let them drink it all the time.
