I am a loving wife and a full-time working mom to two little kiddies--a 4-year old boy & a 2-year old girl. I work full-time out of the home surrounded by books, computers, CDs, DVDs and the public. I'd be a stay-at-home-mom if I could, but living in Hawaii is expensive. Therefore, I need to work.

I listen to all kinds of music, but the styles that really speak to me is good ol' rock and roll and alternative. Oh, and Bob Marley. I love All-American Rejects, Sheryl Crow, Fort Miner, Linkin Park, Utada Hikaru, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson, Gwen Stefani and No Doubt. And Green Day, Blink 182, etc.

I don't really like American Idol, but I think Adam Lambert is just the best. I'd definitely buy his CD.

Anything by Jodi Picoult. I tend to read a lot of both fiction and non-fiction. I like chick lit and mysteries. Sci Fi not so much. For non-fiction, I delve into cookbooks, self-help, religion, arts & crafts books, childcare, pet care, personal finance, and beauty & style. But my favorite book of all time is The Little Prince by Antoine Saint-Exupery. I am outting myself as a Twilight fan--I am most definitely Team Jacob.

These days I hardly have time to watch movies unless they're animated or have lots of CGI (on account of my kids). But some of my favorites are Tommy Boy, Three Amigos, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Clueless, Legends of the Fall, The Quick and the Dead, and The Departed. I also really liked Slumdog Millionaire, Crash, Juno, and Little Miss Sunshine. Twilight is also really good.

The Office--not the original British one, but the one on NBC with Steve Carrell. I also love reality TV--Survivor, Amazing Race, Hell's Kitchen etc.

I am what you call a craft dabbler. I dabble in beads, paper crafts, sewing felt mascots & monsters, scrapbooking, creating photo birth announcements and invitations.
