I live with my man, our nutty dog, and our crazy cat. We keep each other entertained and have fun most of the time! My "hubby" and I enjoy traveling, camping, attending concerts, watching movies, bowling, and playing board games.

I enjoy gardening and going out back everyday to see what's blooming. I have fun watching my cat stalk the squirrels and climb the trees trying to catch them. I like taking pictures, and enjoy playing the piano when the mood strikes.

Some day I want to travel the world to see all the wondrous sites and road trip through all the states.

I like learning new things and learning about the world around me. I really love swapping postcards because it's one way I can 'travel' and see sights I otherwise wouldn't. I like being exposed to new things, places, artists, etc... I tend to google a lot when I receive a card that is new and interesting to me.

favorite crafts

Rubber stamping is my main craft right now, I love rubber stamping and playing with inks. Occasionally I make candles and glycerin soaps. I have been experimenting with zentangling, and have started studying the art of creating mandalas. I want to learn how to hand carve stamps.

postcards

I like all kinds of postcards, both handmade and store bought...map cards, artsy, funny, scenic, pretty, weird, anything different. I appreciate every postcard that someone takes the time to send to me.

• I am fascinated with the universe and all things cosmic. I love the stars, moons, and planets. I'm always watching the universe shows on the history channel.
• My favorite creatures are dragonflies, turtles, cats, dogs, hummingbirds...
• Wizards, fairies, castles, and dragons.
• Unicorns.
• Pretty tied dyed, bright, colorful things.
• Japanese brush painting

• Trees - oak, banyon, olive, redwood, cypress, all trees really

• Coffee. Lots and lots of coffee.
• I love my small rose garden and it's always a good day for me when they are blooming, especially my double delight or my black magic roses.
• My inner child is still very fond of the Grinch, Garfield, the Peanuts characters, Hello Kitty...
• Coloring mandalas.
• Watching sunsets.... I try to catch a glimpse of it everyday.
• Checking out the moon and stars.

I love all music and could probably find favorites in every genre out there. I usually end up listening to rock-n-roll and classic rock. Some favorites are Yes, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Metallica, The Cure, Bob Marley, Janis Joplin, Robert Plant, Shiva in Exile,The Highway Men, The Doors, Dire Straights, Peter Gabriel, Rush...
