Jan 6 2012- taking another needed medical break- have screenshot my ratings.

Nov 30- I am going to be in surgery in 5 hours to remove more cancer tumors. round three-yeehaw

My dashboard is empty and i have rated all swaps I have received. See below.

September 2011- I am going to start swapping again. I am sure I have hundreds, maybe thousands, of unread messages. I am going to start clean and go to September 23 and read forward from there. Since most of the messages are about swaps already over I am not going to go back and read from the beginning of the year. Can't wait to get reacquainted with old friends and make new friends.

I'm a mom of two from Illinois- about an hour SW of Chicago.

I enjoy gardening, hiking, traveling-anywhere, sewing and crafting.

I collect things with Bees-my middle name is Bea.

I also love beads and cool fibers to make Dotee dolls.

I have a new addiction-Doodads- what I call those little things in Whimsy Jars and matchboxes-brads, beads, buttons, die cuts, sparkly things, charms. Kids' jewelry sometimes has the cutest flower and heart doodads.

I love anything Christmas- I have 15 artificial themed trees- plus THE REAL TREE- a live short needle to put vacation ornaments and things made by the kids on and the presents under. Snowmen, woodland santas and animals in plaids; anything santas, angels in white/beige and metallics. I HAVE A DOTEE TREE :)

I also love Walt Disney World- I can spend hours just looking at all of the detail that has gone into creating every attraction.

i have a thing for whimsical creatures- probably why I like Disney so much (my fav. is the characters/scenes on Splash Mountain-Braer rabbit, et al. Fairies(Tink), gnomes, brownies elves, unicorns, dragons, pixies, pegasus, sprites, sirens, nymphs, mermaids and mermen, etc.

I sew- both fashion and quilting (piecing, paper piecing, crazy); decorative painting ala D. Dewberry; beading-jewelry and crazy quilts/atcs; soft sculpture- dolls, animals; ornament making of all kinds.

I am pretty good at just about anything crafty except knitting and crocheting.

Colors- Reds, All blues, Jewel tones, soft greens, Red/purple/lime together

Please do not send food items or scents- due to cancer treatment I have a very restricted diet and can't handle many fragrances. Thanks
