Hey I am currently taking a break from swapping... except for my wishlist group... don't worry I will be back soon. I have had several wholesaling contracts put in for my shop. So I am really busy and a lot of the swaps I do are handmade swaps so I need to take a break... I don't like to send poor packages... so this is necessary. :) I will be back in a little bit. Ok so if your anything like me I love tips on how to use things I wouldn't think of using... or recycling things I wouldn't normally... etc. So I would like to pass them along...

Christmas Cards/Birthday Cards- Idea 1: Scrapbooking! I use mine in scrapbooks... Christmas for me always yeilds a lot of cards that I hate tossing away. So now I use the best ones as headers in my Christmas scrapbooking pages... I place them in the top left corner and cut the edges with specialty scissors... most cards are either embossed or have beautiful manger scenes or funny birthday poems.... and guess what you just saved those cards from taking up space in the land fill! :)

Idea 2: (Thank you Katwoman) Cut thee card in half and use the pretty side for postcards swaps. And if it has writing on it then use stick glue and put pretty paper or matching paper to that side.....
