My name is Ashley and I'm a college student studying film. I'm 18 years old and I live in southern California.

I just started writing my first novel, and I'm very excited!

I live with my boyfriend (Homer), cat (Tanner), and bearded dragon (Jesus).

I absolutely LOVE anything penguin!

I do not smoke, but I do have a cat. I try my best to keep him out of the craft closet!

So far I've enjoyed anything by V C Andrews, some Danielle Steel, The Lovely Bones, The Virgin Suicides, and Angela's Ashes.

Favorite Crafts

I love to scrapbook. I have completed about 5 scrapbooks so far, and I'm hoping to complete more in the future!

I am also a photographer. It's one of my biggest passions.

I like to write.

I like to make ATCs, but I'm new and haven't quite reached the level that other people seem to have reached. I'm still trying though, and with experience and advice I think I'll improve.

I love to paint, draw, and sketch, though I don't think I'm very good.

I want to learn how to sew, but don't know how to begin. I also want to learn to crochet and knit. I know the basics, but I need a lot of help!

I'm very interested in altered books as well, but I'm a little timid to try it yet!
