I am 46 years old and I am a children's book author and illustrator. I live in Beverly Hills, California. I love to laugh and I love trying new things. I am single and I don't have any pets or children.

Favorite Crafts

I love all things PAPER: scrapbooking, making cards, invitations and custom stationery. I am an avid knitter with a shameful yarn stash. I have a fabulous little cookbook collection and I love to back and cook (for any and everyone)!

Favorite Movies

My favorite movies are: Guess Who's Coming to Dinner Shawshank Redemption Places in the Heart Angel Eyes Breakfast at Tiffany's Crash Murphy's Romance Two and Half Weeks Love and Basketball Hope Floats Step Mom No HORROR movies!

Favorite Books

My favorite books are: The Help There's No Place Like Here Dianne Mott Davidson Mysteries Donna Andrews Mysteries Water For Elephants The Lovely Bones She's Come Undone Dandelion Wine Children's Books (all genres)

Favorite Music

I love country music! Faith Hill Randy Travis Garth Brooks Keith Urban Carrie Underwood I also enjoy James Taylor Jason Mraz

Favorite Colors

I tend to lean towards earth tones but I try to step out every now and again with more vibrant colors. I love red, burnt orange, olive green.

Dislikes

I do not like horror films or anything to do with ghosts, goblins, vampires, wizards, magic spells, etc. I am not into pets, cats, dogs, hamsters, lizards etc. I celebrate Fall not Halloween. I celebrate Winter not Christmas.
