I have been happily married for 32 years and have 3 super, all-grown-up children. We are the proud 'parents' of a wonderful, lab/huskie mix lovable dog named Penny.

I've been in the 'craft' business for over 30 years and have a successful website business now.

I am also very interested in genealogy and have researched my French-Canadian parents' ancestry back to the 1600's.

I love country/primitive decor and anything Americana. I guess that makes red and navy my favorite colors!

I love old sewing memorabilia and collect thimbles and salt 'n pepper shakers that are complimentary pieces...not matching.

I love Christmas and 4th of July...and love to decorate my home for both those holidays.

I am a huge Barbra Streisand fan. Also love James Taylor and Josh Grobin and Celine Dion.

I love to sew ..mostly home dec things. I also love computer graphics and creating notecards and journals. I love nice paper and card making supplies.

I learned how to knit and crochet as a child (by mom and Grandmaman). I've taken decorative painting classes, basket weaving classes and jewelry making. I guess next I'd like to try my hand at weaving and stained glass.

I took a furniture upholstering class 18 years ago....too much work. I have a whole new appreciation for folks who do reupholstering for a living.

I am a sap for 'chic flicks'! I also love musicals. Some of my favorite movies include Gone with the Wind, the Patriot, The American President, Yentle and my favorite OLD movie...White Christmas.

I watch a lot of HGTV. My husband and I are hooked on American Idol too!

I LOVE dark chocolate (I actually love ALL chocolate, but dark chocolate is healthier, so I've been eating that only!) I Love nice pens and pencils...don't know why...I just do!
