Thanks for taking the time to read my profile which I do update from time to time. (last updated on Nov 9th)

I live in subtropical Queensland, eastern Australia with my husband and 12 year old daughter.

Our family also consists of our 2 dogs, a Staffordshire Bull Terrier named Luther (after Martin Luther King ~ a hero of mine) and a Cairn Terrier named Delta & our 3 fish.

I volunteer 2 half days a week at a local charity second-hand shop

When not either with my family, spending hours on the computer or doing crafts I am out in our garden or swimming pool!

I have an organic vegetable garden, a worm farm, compost bins & try to live as harmoniously as I can on our patch of precious earth.

Being in Australia there are certain items that CAN NOT be received by me in the post due to strict quarantine rules.

Please do NOT include the following items in swaps as they will be seized by quarantine and destroyed.

• seeds or other plant materials (pressed leaves etc.)

• shells

• soil & sand

• tea with fruit pieces

• incense

• dried/pressed flowers

• raw nuts/seeds

• any animal products such as raw hide, feathers, teeth, bones etc.

• any wooden items
