I have a little girl who is autistic and the joy of my life, I work as a graphic designer and love to make and do crafts. I have all sorts of projects going at once. I love to read and have an obsession with books at my house we call it literary crack. I would rather spend money on books then cable. I have a collection of faeries and lady bugs. I seem to be a collector of many things. pens, paper, bits of string and stickers.... I like stuff!!!. My husband calls it junk, but to me it's not. No, I have not filled my house with bits of things and are afraid to show it.

I love cheese!!! It sounds funny but if I could eat nothing but cheese and fruit I think I just would. More Cheese Grommit!!!!!

I love all kinds of books, but my favorite is fiction. I love southern fiction and irish fiction. Just nice stories about nice people. I love sarah kate lynch and maeve Binchey,

I don't watch a lot of movies or tv but my favorite is Little house on the Prairie. I have all of the seasons on DVD.

I cross stitch, Make ornaments, Beading, I have just discovered ATC's and love those too. I get to use all sorts of things that I have collected. Scrap booking, sewing, And right now I am using Gallery Glass so make my windows look like stained glass, instead of curtains.

My favorite color is orange, i just painted a room in my house the color called orange bitters, It looks fantastic and I am in the process of decorating our new home. It is my first house . Also I am a huge fan of the color purple. I painted the living room in one of the apartments I have lived in lavender. The land lord like it after awhile :)

My daughter is 3 and she and I love to paint and make things together. She is autistic and I feel very close to her when we make things together. She loves stickers and paint. I am having a little bit of a war with her right now over where she can color. Mommy's books and the walls are off limits. She has a stubborn streak in her and I know just where she gets it. :) Lily is starting to talk but she does not respond like a "normal" child does. If she wants a drink she gets her cup and says "I'll get you a new one" she is very smart and I can see how she looks at the world and I love sharing that with her.
