Comment: The date to mail by was October 1st. I hadn't received anything by the middle of the month. You sent a nice email and apologized on 10/18, saying that you were going to "reshop this week and get a new package out in the mail to you. I will send you a message once I have sent it, so you can keep your eyes opened." I haven't heard from you since the 18th...and it is now a week later. I don't normally give low ratings, and I've really struggled with this. However, it has been over 3 weeks since the "send by" date. I promise I will re-rate as soon as I receive anything.
Response: I am sorry you feel this way. I have been having a lot of problems with our mail now that we've moved - my Papa has also recently been diagnosed with lung cancer. Ontop of which we are having serious financial issues and I had to wait to go back and rebuy the items.
