Hi, I am Connie,I am a 47 yrs old wife and mother. I have been married for 18 years and have a wonderful daughter( if we survive the teen years!) I have an identical twin( and yes her name is Bonnie!!) Mom had to come up with names quickly, they were expecting a baby boy!! Surprise!!!!. I think that is where I have received my love of surprises. The whole swapping thing was new to me, but I have quickly become addicted too it. I am also a licensed Optician for 20 years, A Girl Scout leader for 11 years, and I live and breathe TENNIS. But now that I have found this site, I do believe the craft side of me is coming back out. 04/21/10 We have a new addition to the famly!! A 6 week old schnoodle puppy. Her name is Evie.I lost my beloved Sandy on 02/27/10. But the house was empty without a fur baby running around, so in comes Evie.She is full speed, I was use to a 12 year old, and now this. I have my hands full, but I'm loving every minute.

I LOVE Christmas! The decorations, the lights, the music ( I hum X-mas songs all year) the yummy smells, the Christmas cards, shows, and all the wonderful, and happy spirit of the season. I see more smiles and cheerful looks during this time of year than any other time.

Oct. 2010: I have started a new hobby. Yea!! I bought a new camera and several different lenses, and driving everyone around me crazy taking photos.. It has been great fun going on long drives and seeing new places, so I can get different shots.

My sister has me hooked on collecting Vintage Tea cups and saucers. Each are so pretty, and unique. I love ravens, they are so mysterious. You never know what to expect from them. I LOVE wall hangings, in my craft room one side of the room is for all the wonderful handmade and store bought goodies that I can find that has a hanger.

I have been joining snack swaps lately, and thought I would putting down some of my favorites.. I'm a chip girl. BBQ, Cheese, Taco flavor,pretty much any kind. I like nuts. Love Milk chocolate, caramel anything, flavored crackers.. You get the idea, I'm a junk food junkie!

Tea, Mean people,Dark Chocolate,fruit filled chocolate,Sport themes,Scented Candles and Lotions ( My head just doesn't appreciate certain aromas) coffee, or character themes. I HATE packing tape! we fight and it always wins!!

Anything written by, Iris Johansen,JD Robb,Nora Roberts, Christine Feehan,and the Harry Potter series. I have read all of these authors books that is out, I like to read about parnormal stuff,magic powers,ancient gifts. If you know of a good book in this genre, I would love to know about it
