As of October 2, 2008:

I live in Portland, OR, with 5 friends, but I also lived in Victoria, BC, and Chehalis, WA, this year. I grew up in NW Wisconsin.

My passion is art. I like to sing. I love music. I love listening to and connecting with people, understanding myself better, and feeling loved. I believe in nonviolence; used to write more poetry than I do now; am frighted by how grown up my life is becoming.

I am an unschooler and think public school is, in general, harmful, though I understand that most people don't really have an alternative. Not Back To School Camp changed my life every single year I went and has made my life what it is today.

I want to discover what it is that I really, truly want. I keep a journal - less prolifically and colorfully than I used to, but I'm working on that.

I tend to be nondiscriminatorily friendly, bluntly communicative, internally tumultuous, perpetually alone, monotonously lonely, socially unsure, existentially angsty, distractedly artistic, bouncily excited, apathetically depressed, and glowingly pleased.
