It has been 3 months since my cat has died. Trying to move on but having a hard time. Him and I were very close. We spent a lot of time together and I'm kinda lonely without him. Including myself, I know of 6 people who have lost pets this year.

I live in Canada (Canada Post is usually pretty slow. Now that the strike is over mail is moving once again, but they have some catching up to do,so please be patient when receiving or sending to Canada). I've moved back to my hometown after living away for 5 years. Anything sent to my old address will be forwarded to my new place. (I need some new address lables if anyone wants to send me some! I've got lots of stuff I can trade.)

I took a printmaking class a few years ago, and fell in love with etching! I have finally graduated from college last year, after 4 long years, studying jewellery and metals. I work mostly in sterling silver, sometimes in other metals. I love color. I love almost all forms of art and crafts, but especially art created with recycled objects. Making something beautiful out of trash is great!

I've been to a lot of concerts. Some of the people I've seen are Santana, Cheap Trick, C.C.R., The B-52's, Wide Mouth Mason, and Alice Cooper- in fact, I caught a drumstick from one of his drummers! I saw Rob Zombie and Ozzy Osbourne 2 years ago. Ozzy's getting old, but he can still rock!

I went bungie jumping once. Scary, but amazing at the same time. I wear lots of little hoops in my ears, and have my nose pierced. I like body art, and have one tattoo of a star on my arm. Halloween is my favorite holiday. I have tons of art supplies, and although I do love to trade, I'm trying to use up what I have before accumulating more. (See my wish list to see what I can use)

I don't offend easily- except for when people are down right mean or intolerent. Swearing and nudity don't bother me. I'm not into cutesy stuff, but I don't hate it either. No offence to anyone, but I am NOT into kawaii.

My all time favorite movie EVER is Beetlejuice. I really like Tim Burton movies. I like the Nightmare on Elm Street series, and the Evil Dead trillogy. I love 70's and 80's horror movies. I don't like the horror movies that come out these days much though- too gorry. (Though 70's & 80's gore I appreciate).

• I'm starting to alter things, and am currently builing a couple different shrines- one dedicated to Stonehenge, and one dedicated to faries

• Scratch and sniff stickers (I do not see these very often- if you send me any, you will definately get a heart!)

• Polymer clay is one of my all time favorite mediums, and is highly under valued
• I am a jeweller/goldsmith, and I love soldering and I love recycling my scrap metal by melting it down to make new metal (I make by own sheet, and on occasion I'll also make my own wire). I really enjoy playing with the torch (hehe- fire!)
• I know how to set stones, and have stones of almost every kind if anyone is looking for any in particular

• I really like art and handmade items, like jewellery, herbal soaps, handmade paper, hand dyed paper, mini shrines, stuff made from beeswax (LOVE the smell of it) etc.
• I love ATC's (am working on filling up my second binder of them). I love the idea of having mini pieces of art from all over the world.
• If anyone has a child who has outgrown their Barbies, I'd love some Barbie shoes or any other tiny plastic accessories
• Also looking for any doll parts (faces, hands, etc.)
• Scrap bits of sterling silver or other metals, stones, broken jewellery to take apart
• Tiny plastic toys
• Extra fine point black or colored Sharpies
• Looking for some brightly colored yarn (any length)

• Any sequins, buttons or fabric, as I am trying to use up what I already have before getting more (unless they feature stars or skulls).
