Ha! Love your profile! (Though I confess, more than one parcel has left my house with a bit of cat hair stuck in the cello tape. Blame my huge long-haired beast of a feline, Henry, who lives to shed.)
Hey there ^^ I've just dropped your monster in the mail! Hope you won't be disappointed if it not arrives in time for Halloween, there was no way for me to make it earlier... Take care and happy swapping!
Thank you for the beaaaaaaaaaaaaaautiful bday card and extras. I got it a little while ago and it completely slipped my brainz so please, my apologies for the delay. I love the stickers and jewels and pretty penmanship and colours... you rock!!! :) <3
thinking about you every day....=smile=....I wrote to you not long ago from my gmail account—did you get it?...anyway, no pressure, no problem—but drop me a line some time...
Heya! You're welcome for the card! I hope you liked it. I also hope everyone else got theirs...
As for the Canadian pronunciation thing: I actually hear myself sounding very Canadian at times. I'm an "aboat" kind of girl. I only say "aboot" when I'm poking fun at how other people think Canadians sound. I think people from Newfoundland say everything ridiculously but I'm sure it does change based on province. East to West.
Thank you so much for the b'day card! I didn't know you had visited Loon Island... Your drawings are almost spot on... The two at the bar are clearly members of the Cofallum Clan, legendary musicians and drinkers! The currency of Loon Island is loonies AND toonies, although we call them "doubloons".
But you missed it slightly with the ambassador...
That position is currently held by Tommy Tinkerman, who also runs the Dept. of Redundancy Department.
Thank you so much for the very cool flocked card and nice little birdies!! It really made my day. Btw, if I look out the window, I can kind of see you waving ;) Thank you again, and have a lovely weekend.
