COMPUTER FIXED . MY COMPUTER was FRIED! I have had to drop swaps, my apologies to the hosts. All swaps due have been posted out. THANKYOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION.
I do most art and craft. Creating is my passion. Swapping is an intrinsic part of our self sufficent lifestyle whether it is skills sharing or creative areas such as this swap bot.
Our family practice random acts of kindness and have strong ethics and social justice core beliefs.
Postage and customs I take care in choosing what swaps to enter to prevent custom issues. please be aware that certain items must by law be declared on customs form before entering the country. It is best therefore not to send organic items to me included in craft such as tea, bone, feathers, coral, shells, handmade paper with plant matter or seeds in. etc as by law they will be inspected at customs and I may have to pay for eradiation to receive the goods. If items are stopped at customs I will be notified and given option including return to sender, destroy or eradiate, if there is a problem. I would hate anyones beautiful creative work to be lost so if in doubt [same items for post and travel] can be checked out at: http://www.daffa.gov.au/aqis/travel/entering-australia/cant-take
[This section required for some swaps] I love all colours but especially things pale pink, blue, lime green, hot pink, mint green, navy, royal blue, cream and craft featuring little fat birds, peacocks, chickens, teddy bears, pink roses and cats. I have very eclectic taste and love retro fabrics. . I find something positive in most things. Love: goth, renaissance, edwardian styles. Tea cosies; vintage linens; minature sewing machines; Embroidery yarns; shabby chic [white and cream] and cottage style household items; craft market and asian import finds. I have fallen in love with fat quarters after finding a shop which stocks USA fabric fat quarters. I love vintage style swedish curtain prints especially styalised flowers and trees from which I make bags and other household items. I like preloved linen I embroider plain linen nakins and add crochet edges so they are reborn.
I don't have any real dislikes except graphic violence .
Any thing creative is positivley looked upon. Glad to be part of creative exchange with world neighbours. I rate for the effort put into the swap criteria not extras; which are not expected. Extras however are received with joy as a lovely surprise and greatly appreciated. I try to send early due to distance and start on non profile specific swaps the day I sign up.
Some of my fav actors Gerard Depardieu, Bruce Willis, Jean Reno and Whoopi Goldburg. Love old black and white movies and Gainsborough films.
Music: eclectic taste prefers particular songs to artists. Keith Urban, Creed, Van Morrison, Seal, Flogging Molly, Beethoven
I have dabbled a bit in most crafts but prefer to work in textile craft, paper craft and do a lot of Recycle/ reuse art from: junk mail and excess packaging, old calenders and cards etc. I make oragami gift boxes from old calenders.I have a small collection of wooden 'french knitting' dolls or (knitting nancies) which I love and use.

I start making most swap item as soon as I sign up. I am currently not working so have time to put into my crafts. I post then mark as sent same day. Please keep in mind date difference due to time difference. I rate on same day as I receive. If you are concerned and have not received a parcel please message me before rating as I do not know if the mail has gone MIA just that I had posted it. International mail can take 4-6 weeks depending on international postal delivery service times and weather such as snow and floods in various parts of the world. I post all parcels airmail. Courtesy makes for a Happy swapping environment.
