I have been married for 45 years.. we have two children and 5 grandchildren. I have a small antique shop and so therefore love vintage stuff, especially fabrics, lace, buttons and such. My shop sells a variety of things but I have to admit I keep some of fun stuff for myself.

I have a growing collection of State Map postcards. I also like the post cards that spell out the name of the state or town.

My all time favorite movie was White Nights with Mikael Barishnikov. And I now have a new favorite movie THE KINGS SPEECH. I have also enjoyed these movies several times..... My Cousin Vinny and Ferris Bueller's Day off.

My reading tastes are VERY eclectic. Sometimes I like mysteries, most of genre. I used to like just the cozies but I am getting to enjoy the edgier ones now. Tess Garritsen is my current read. The fun thing is that she attended the same high school that I did, though years later. I have gone through phases reading Nora Roberts, the Cat Who Mysteries by Lillian Braun, A couple of recent favorite authors or Sue Wiggs and Dorothea Benton Frank. And I enjoy some of the time travel type romances too by Karen Marie Moning and Diana Gabaldon. I think the secret is I just love to read.

My music tastes are a bit varied. Sometimes I like Jazz, sometimes I like classical like a Mozart Horn Concerto and lately I seem to be hooked on BlueGrass. My dh and I like to go to Blue Grass jam fests and festivals..

If I am watching tv, I am watching NCIS, Law and Order, Bones and that type of thing. Or I am watching HGTV decorating shows. OR I am watching Nascar or football.

Again, very eclectic interests.

I do miniatures, sewing of doll clothes, beading, altered books and other altered art. I do a little quilting, some cross stitch, needlepoint. Whatever my mood says to do. I am lucky to have an art studio that is filled with supplies. I could probably open a craft and needlework store up there.....

I follow Nascar and we try to get to at least one race a year. My family are card carrying members of RED SOX nation. We still can't believe they finally won not one but two World Series. We also are fans of the Steelers now that we live in PA

I collect dolls (Ellowynne Wilde, Bluette, and others) I make doll houses and I collect miniatures. In the summer I garden.

My favorite colors seem to be in combos.

I like light blue and yellow together. I also like peach and light green.
