About Me

i live in new orleans, born and raised there... i absolutely love my city and couldnt ever live anywhere else.

i have the worlds biggest sweet tooth. im a pastry cook, i love everything about desserts and sweets. my favorite thing is to plate up desserts. i work for a huge hotel, so i often work on plate ups for 800-1000 people, so i have a lot of patience. im really into different cultures, so any sort of candy from your culture or country would be awesome.

I love horses.. ive been horseback riding for over 12 years. i have 2 dogs, both Cane Corsos, or Italian Mastiffs... Sasha and Diesel. they are the best dogs in the world.

my favorite colors are hot pink, teal, and lime green. i would love to get any kind of paper, glittler, embellishments, or ribbon in those colors... but i love all colors as well.

in my spare time i collect dessert or pastry recipes with pictures from magazines and put them in a binder all organized and i hope to eventually make them all. i would loovee you if you sent me a dessert recipe with a picture.. especially from different cultures.

Favorite Movies

my favorite movies are comedy and scary movies... anything with Will Ferrell... some of my favorite movies are Pineapple Express, Borat, Wedding Crashers, Talladega Nights, Old School, The Kite Runner, Walk the Line, Anchorman, One Missed Call, all the Saw movies, Untraceable

Favorite Television

I watch House MD, Southpark, Top Chef, America's Next Top Model, and Project Runway religiously. They are by far my favorite. I also really enjoy watching all the doctor and surgery shows on Discovery Health Channel.

Things I Would Like to Recieve

im really really into inchies, so any type of paper, rhinestones, embellishments, ribbon, etc. especially in pink, teal, and lime green that i could use on inchies. i dont really like themed paper with like pictures of soccer balls or anything like that... i also really like black and white, pink and black together. im very girly, so any flowery things.

any dessert recipes with a picture so i can add to my collection

any candy from your culture or country

i think button fairies are adorable.

im really not picky, i like pretty much anything...just no hello kitty type stuff

Comment: this technique is so clever! i wouldn't have know they were made of packaging if you hadn't told me... it must have taken some work to cut and lay out... and i love these! thank you so much :-) i love milk duds and jr mints, too, and may have to treat myself to some when we go for groceries tomorrow, LOL!
