I mostly find myself drawing random doodles, although I also enjoy more detailed work and making things that creep out my family :3 [though I can do some cute stuff too...]

I work with pens, chalk pastels, mechanical pencils (against the wishes of my high school and college instructors), and other random media. You can see some of my stuff on my deviant art page, although I admit, I haven't updated it in a while...

My all time favorites are Queen and My Chemical Romance. But I also really enjoy other bands including The Eagles, Ludo, and Keane.

I read mostly paranormal romance and historical romance. My favorite author is Diana Rowland (who's book I would very enthusiastically recommend to anyone). I have a terrible habit of reading half a book in a couple days, getting distracted, then never picking the book up again. But so far I've been able to read all the books by Diana Rowland all the way through.

Doctor Who (the eleventh doctor is my favorite), Bones, Big Bang Theory, True Blood, Break Out Kings, Torchwood, Merlin (BBC), Primeval, Hustle, Batman Beyond, Avatar the Last Airbender, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy... I also have a soft spot for Japanese and Korean shows such as Hana Kimi and Your Beautiful (Ikuta Toma is my favorite Japanese actor)

Timeline, Victor Victoria, Howls Moving Castle, Princess Mononoke, She's the Man, Twelfth Night, Casanova, Don Juan Demarco, Pride and Prejudice (both Keira Knightley and Colin Firth), Bend it like Beckham, superhero movies, Disney movies, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jurassic Park, Lake Placid... and musicals such as Finian's Rainbow (I love Og!)

I like a lot of things... but here are some specifics...

Anything really artistic (however you want to interpret that...). I love things that are really different/interesting (that includes really weird stuff).

Cute things and creepy things (especially when paired together)

Mythical/Fanciful stuff (dragons are my favorite)

Pirates / Ninjas / werewolves / zombies / superheros...

Kawaii

Vintage/antiqued style

Steampunk

Anything with humor/irony

Digital art (though unintentional pixels bug the crap out of me)

Favorite flowers: water lilies and cherry blossoms

Some anime/manga (Ranma 1/2, Fruit Basket, DN Angel, Ouran Host Club, Fullmetal Alchemist...)

I don't usually dislike colors, because I don't think color makes or breaks the card, but I know it's helpful to know someone's favorite color. So... Depending on the mood of the card... I like light blues, oranges, and olive green. (Not a big fan of navy blue or dirty yellow, but it really depends on the context.

Please no religious iconography

Nothing too sappy/sentimental

Although I like creepy things, I can't stand horror movies XP

Unintentional pixels (300 dpi or higher for printed images please!)

I'm most likely to give someone a heart when the card is well made / with effort put into it. Though I like extras, I give hearts based on the card.
