Chai

I'm a lover, not a fighter. I'm crazy about all things artsy. I snowboard and I used to surf. I never skate anymore. I drink too much coffee, and love it. I'm a former smoker, tryin not to fall off the wagon again. I'm tring to make my way towards an associates of arts. I'd also love to move away, if anyone on here is curious about little details like that. I wander, I travel.

I adore zines!!! Also postcards, fruity/veggie recipes, hot chocolate and mix cd's! So if you feel the urge to tuck in a surprise all of those things are pretty easy to mail, and a surefire heart from me! I very much like the (pacific) ocean, and anything to do with it and this is my FAV although I'm falling for snowy motif's more and more. The best of summer AND winter! Other things I like for sure, shakespeare, monet, da vinci, black and white photography, mermaids and island music/culture. I dislike sticky things and country motifs. My favorite colors are crimson and dark chocolate brown, but not usually together.

As for things I craft and make and do, I am a crocheter. Trying to finish UFO's lately. I'm trying to knit socks for the first time. I also paint with acrylics and watercolor pencils. I do multimedia folk art in an art journal I keep (think collages etc) which uses every medium imaginable.

I'm a zinester- which merits it's own paragraph. I've been zinestering for over 5 years now, I've lost count, maybe like 7? A goal of mine I'm working toward is the 24 hour zine challenge. Also, I have a project I'm trying to get out into the world. It's my zine, Mamacita. "MAMACITA- Issue#1 'Giving Up The Post'" now available on my etsy with my other work! I'm hoping for issue #2 soon.
