Happy wife and mom. Work as an RN at a busy hospital. Love to sew in my spare time. Getting ready to move into a new home with lots of land!!! Can't wait to start re-doing the old farm house and gardening next year! I have a 6 yr old son who loves trucks and big machines!!! He starts 1st grade this year.

I have 2 dogs and a cat, and 13 chickens!!!!!

Favorite Crafts

Sewing, mostly quilting, some clothing

I am a self confessed fabriholic!! I just love fabric!!! Would like to do a really cool batik quilt some day.

I also like scrapbooking, cardmaking, photography.

Law & Order, discovery channel stuff, Deadliest Catch, Dirty Jobs

Halloween is my favortie holiday!!

I love the outdoors, nature and the beach. Lighthouses. Autumn is my favorite season.

I have allergies so i don't like alot of perfumey stuff. I'm also not big on overly religious stuff.

I hope everything is ok with you but I sent you many emails with no reply so I had angel (to send out the fabrics) your partners for the halloween fabric swap. Its not fair to them or me that you flaked out on my first swap to host. I see there are other swaps that you are flaking on, too, but is it quite fair that you recieve stuff & leave others hanging? Congratulations on your new home. I'm sure your garden is going to be beautiful. How great to have all that space. When I was a kid, my neighbor had chickens and she gave me a baby chick who grew up into a beautiful rooster. That was my first pet :) I envy your sewing skills. Hi! When I was first learning to crochet, I couldn't figure out why everything on the internet was so confusing. I write right handed but I use both left/right for a lot of things. Had to switch the hook to my right hand instead haha, much better.. instructions make more sense now. I did read that if you work in front of a mirror, and hold diagrams to a mirror.. it helps. Not sure if that's true, but internet says.. must be true haha!
