Gardening is my favorite pastime, followed by sitting in the sunshine and doing absolutely nothing. Sounds lazy, doesn't it? Nah, it's very active. Just think of all the body functions that happen when you're absorbing golden rays...it's endless! Don't forget a nice glass of something refreshing to rehydrate.

Right now the house is more populated with more animals than humans. We feed 2 dogs and 3 cats. Each one comes with a very interesting story. All began with an endearing gaze. If you are curious about the Search and Rescue dog, feel free to ask, we love to brag about his nose.

Hubby and I have 3 offspring. Two of them are away at college behaving as well as can be expected. The youngest is enjoying our full and undivided attention.

As far as crafting goes, I've gotten on an embroidery kick. It helps calm my mind in the turmoil life has assaulted upon me. Wine helps too.

Paper is fun to play with.

I don't enjoy cooking. I give it a good try every once in a while, just to prove that others do it so much better than me.

Laughing is under rated. We should laugh and laugh some more. When we're finished catching our breath, try a few giggles to keep it going. I'm going to die with great big, deep laugh lines if I'm lucky.
