Hi everyone, I'm Jenn.

I'm 25, married, and have 2 cats and a dog. I consider them my furry children and am looking forward to getting another dog to balance things out.

I work online, from home, so my hours are basically self-set. I like the flexibility it gives me, and that I can wear pajamas all day :) I love food, especially candy and international stuff. I love to travel and see new places, these are my real passions.

Note: I send all packages, letters, emails, etc on time. Please let me know if you don't receive your swap from me so I can take the appropriate steps.

Also, if for some reason I receive something I have no use for, I will either re-swap it, or give it to someone who will use it. I encourage you to do the same with my items, I won't take offense :)

My favourite music genres is rock/alternative and punk. Especially J-Rock, I can't live without it!

A couple examples of music I love: Robyn, The Transplants, Alice Nine, Dir En Grey, Boys Like Girls, Incubus, Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, The GazettE, SuG, An Cafe, Phantasmagoria, Miyavi, and a bunch of other Japanese bands.

I love books related to travel and food, especially cookbooks. I also like anything related to Japan and the Japanese culture, especially fashion. My fave book of all time is Night by Elie Weisel (thanks Oprah!) For novels, I adore Stephen King, and I'm reading the series by Meg Cabot right now. I collect cookbooks obsessively, I have tons of them. New, Old, Used, Ethnic...I love them all!

I don't have one favourite movie, or even a genre, because there are just so many that I like. I like horror of all kinds, including foreign. Some quick examples: Saw, The Ring (US and Japan), The Grudge (US and Japan). My favourite comedies are written by Seth Rogan, his sense of humour is right on, ie: Superbad, 40 Year Old Virgin, Knocked Up.

My television preferences are all over the place, I like British shows like Coronation Street (huge fan!) and The Office. I also like the American version of The Office, 30 Rock, The Simpsons, Family Guy, anything on the Food Network except Rachel Ray, I can't stand her. Top Chef and Hells Kitchen are big favourites lately for me. I prefer reality-type shows over anything else. I really dig Paranormal State, Ghost Hunters and the like. Fave anime: Bleach, Naruto and Death Note. I really want a copy of the .hack//SIGN series as I missed seeing the last 5 episodes or so, and I'd like to start from the beginning.

I am trying to craft more recently. Though, I like to manipulate pictures and graphics in Photo Shop.

I have come to the realization that I may like crafts, but I'm not that crafty of a person. I get bouts of creativeness and then I go blank for a while. I don't think I'll be doing many craft swaps but if I do join one, it will be one that I'm really passionate about and will put my heart into. One of my grandmothers used to say, "Any job worth doing is worth doing well" and I take this approach to anything I create.

Likes: Anything kawaii, especially Hello Kitty and all her Sanrio friends, glitter and sparklies, leopard print, plaid print, retro prints, and 60's decor kitsch.

I love holidays, all the holidays! I celebrate Christian and Jewish holidays (for a number of reasons ), as well as the secular ones! Personally, I am more a Buddhist and am getting into that more recently. I love receiving holiday items though, so feel free to send any kind.

Favorite scents: vanilla, fresh linens, most fruity scents (except kiwi). I like "clean" scents a lot. Food related scents rock too!

My favourite colors are: pink, purple, turquoise, red and lime green. Color combos: hot pink/lime green and black with anything.

Dislikes: Food wise, I do not like: walnuts or black licorice flavored/scented things. I only chew certain gums so I prefer not to receive any bubble or chewing gum, thanks!

Music is almost wide open except honky tonk style country and Celine Dion, honestly. Otherwise, I ask that you don't send me things that can be easily damaged in shipping.

Some items I prefer not to get: wooden pencils, pins/buttons, anything for kids, things you wouldn't want to receive :)

Important: I am very allergic to kiwi and anything kiwi scented makes me sick too!

• Things decorated with skulls, stars or cute animals.
• Official Hello Kitty and Sanrio products, Q-Lia, San-X. Anything Hello Kitty to add to my collection is good, I like anything big or small, kawaii stuff just rocks me!
• Kawaii notebooks, memo pads, pens, basically any of those "supplies", doesn't have to be brand name but prefer my fave characters or themes.
• Candy and snacks from all over the world: milk, dark and white chocolates. I love Nestle and Cadbury from the UK (I can many here but really want a Tiffin bar), gummy candies, sour candies, caramels, toffees, English crisps, Tim Tams, Pocky (the weird flavors) and flavored Kit Kats (from Japan usually), Turkish Delight, any local candies/sweets. I really love spicy or salty mixed with sweet items.
• International recipes in English (or French), either on cards, magazines, books, etc.
• Fashion magazines from any country, even if I can't read them.
• I collect: chopsticks in cases, Barbie and Coca-Cola brand items, as well as Marilyn Monroe items.
• Cell phone straps/charms.
• Cosmetics: I love Lip Smackers in food flavors/scents. I am really looking for OPI nail polish in any color.
• I love coffee, tea (love chai), cider, hot chocolate...and all forms of fancy coffee drinks :) (prefer sugar-free though)
• Anything related to astrology (Scorpio)
• Anything Buddhist or with Buddha on it
