My husband and I recently moved from Boston, MA to Detroit, MI. We both currently teach in inner-city schools. I am an art teacher and teach grades K-8. I love my job, but always make sure that I have enough time to create my own art after school and on the weekends. I've always loved looking at and creating small pieces of art..so I've recently become interested in ATCs. Even thought I'm new to ATCs and swapping, I'm not new to art! I've been painting, drawing and printmaking for many years.
