I tend to swap more in the winter months - being from Minnesota, we get really busy in the summer months by enjoying the outdoors. I'm 42. I love to laugh and have a good time. I spend most of my extra time playing cozy comp games, hanging with my dog and reading.

Swapping with Me: I send out my items on time, but if something doesn't make it to you, please let me know before rating. I want to make sure that you get the items! I like happy partners.

Also, I mark my items as sent as soon as they are ready to go. If the mail hasn't come that day, I will pop it in the mail the same day. If the mail has come for the day, I will drop it in the mail the next morning.

I like stickers (but I dont like puffy, foam, kid or reward stickers) Painting! I love to attempt it. I do best when I have an instructor walking me through it. Cross-stitch - I'm pretty terrible at it, but it's relaxing and fun. Embroidery Junk Journals - I just do what I want in my journal so it's unconventional from what you see on YT, but it gets the job done (aka allows me to do crafts and space out) Paper Crafts - Usually I try different techniques I find on YT and try them out. Quilling Sewing - I haven't done this in years, but every now and then I want to do a project.

country, r&b, water music, rap - basically whatever piques my interest! I don't think I'm the only one who does this, but most times I hear new music, my automatic response is "I hate it. It's terrible" so my rational brain kicks in and I listen to it a few times and discover I actually do like it! Here is a list of my favorite podcasts: Serial, Sword and Scale, Believed (about Larry Nassar), The Dream (a must listen!), True Crime Garage, Two Girls One Ghost, Up and Vanished, Serial Killers and Darkest Night.

Harry Potter universe! I am currently re-reading the series. I am a Hufflepuff. I love the Golden Trio, Luna Lovegood, Neville Longbottom, Draco Malfoy, Hagrid and Dumbledore. But really, I love the entire universe.

My favorite is Eminem. I still remember the first time I heard his song and I was instantly hooked.

My ultimate favorite is my dog: I am down from 3 to 1. Currently have a minpin that will be 15 on December 3rd, 2025. My Zoey went to the Big Dog Park in the Sky in Oct 2019 and Layla joined her in Sept 2022. I miss them both everyday. They are all unique and awesome in their own way and are great feet warmers on cold Minnesota winter nights!

I grew up walking through woods and going on trails and I love animals - they're all pretty cool in their own rights. Well, maybe except creepy-crawly bugs with lots of legs; however, I know that they are some people's jam :D

Postcards so are fun and I love receiving them. In general, I like all of them! It's fun to see what people like and what they have in their personal stash. Some of my favorites, but I like all postcards: Harry Potter universe, llama, sloth, pig, chihuahua, multi-scene, something you like, writing about your favorite song, dogs, pisces, zodiac, succulents, nature, lakes, vintage.

Year round there is a website (The Angel Card Project) that helps facilitate the sending of cards to people who are going through various things (recent health issues, depression, big life changes, divorce, seasonal issues...basically life). 1) you can submit a name in the general FB group throughout the year to have cards sent to a person OR submit a name via the website OR after someone has been submitted you can send cards to anybody you choose 2) in the fall, you can sign up to volunteer to send cards during the holidays. This year, 2025, there were 665 names submitted on the website and made it to the list. You can send as many cards as you want. My goal is to get as close to 75 cards as I can this year.

WHAT YOU CAN DO: a) Donate the the website b) Volunteer and set up a card writing group for the 2025 holiday season c) volunteer to send cards for the 2026 holiday season -join the FB group and volunteer to send cards throughout the year d) busy or just don't have the time? donate to someone participating (donations needed: holiday cards, cheerful cards, stamps or small goodies)

Harry Potter, of course! Lisa Regan. I loved Marcie Rendon's book "Girl Gone Missing" and would love to read the rest of the series. Paul Tremblay's books were amazing (A Head Full of Ghosts, Disappearance at Devils Rock and The Cabin at the End of the World)! I loved Debra Webb's series on the Undertaker's Daughter and would love to read any of her other series. I want to read more about the Amish as well as Indigenous peoples - if you know of any good books or series, let me know (I read Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and a few others, but would love to read more). Also, I like reading true accounts about the Mormon church (for example, I've read The Polygamist's Daughter). I really enjoyed Eric Jerome Dickey as well!
