I am a devoted wife; a writer; a poet; an avid consumer of art, accessories, and chocolate; and a globe-trotter...

I have shopped in Paris; museum-hopped in Vienna; climbed a volcano in Guatemala; and had my chakras realigned in Mexico. Throughout it all, I filled journals with doodles, poetry, and found tidbits of fantasy and reality.

I have big crushes on Leonard Cohen and on Nick Cave.

My favourite film of all times is "Blade Runner," and I loved "Secretary" and "Fur." I watch the shows "Dexter," "United States of Tara," and "True Blood" religiously.

I make collages of words and images using pastels; markers; stamps; and ink so deep and lush that my soul craves a drink of the colour, served in a crystal tumbler.

Leather, lace and feathers appeal to me. Darkness, and girlie things. Themes of sexuality; sensuality; and anything that takes us to the edge of love and passion.

Right now I am collecting ivory, beige, and gold buttons, ribbons, and charms to use in Christmas crafts. I have a few special things in mind!

I love art deco; the burlesque; Blythe dolls; calico cats; damask patterns; 60s beauty principles; everything from the 20s; and anything that shows originality, wit, and quirkiness.

I like people who have the courage of their own convictions. I despise hypocrisy, pretense, lack of humour, and lazy bones.

I rate everything I receive; please do the same for me.
