The Blue Kyanite is just what I need to open my Throat Chakra! I appreciate the 2 recipes you sent too. I do have Mint & Rosemary, so will make it up after harvesting some at dawn tomorrow. I don't grow Arnica but will check at our local nursery to see if they stock it and if can grow here. Many thanks for this swap. As I said, that piece of BK is wonderful.
