Well my original profile mistappeared! So here we go again...........

I am 43, married, I have 3 cats, 1 dog and a rabbit. I currently live in Louisville, Ky. I am originally from Northern Illinois and migrated here 5 years ago, it is tuff living in a state that thinks "snow" is a four letter word!

I am an avid reader, I believe in witches, dragons, faries and that shear female determination can make dreams come true. I am not easily offended by life choices, I think they make us all individuals and should be welcomed.

I love music, celtic is my first favorite, followed by hard rock. Depends on my mood. I will listen to anything, even country, but I do not car for rap.

I have been getting into bluegrass/folk recently. My husband is teaching himself how to play the mandolin, he is doing well too.

My favorite artists are Sarah McLachlan, Lorenna McKennitt, Vanessa Mae, Nickelback, Nicklecreek, Roy Orbison, and I am a big big fan of live365.com.

I never really met a book I did not like, I read all genre's. My favorites are sci/fi/fantasy, followed by drama and romance.

Some of my favorite authors are, Anne Bishop, David Gemmell, Linda Howard, David Eddings.

Not a big fan of the big screen, but I enjoy action/drama.

I am currently a huge fan of Saving Grace. My other t.v. favorites are CSI, Monk, Heroes, Jericho and a few others, unless those shows are on the tv is off.

I am currently working on my first full size quilt. My machine is going into the shop to be repaired because my husband did NOT listen to the voice that told him not to sew those blue jeans, come to think of it the husband almost needed repairs.

This machine is very precious to me, it was my grans machine, and when she left us a few years ago it was willed to me. I feel honored that she thought I was worthy of it.
