About Me

I am a very crafty person who happens to be addicted to paper :) I love to alter anything, and am trying to get back into scrapbooking (which started this silly addiction of mine). I love swaps, and have instilled this love into my daughter!!! Look forward to swapping with you all!

Favorite Music

My music taste is very open. I am very much into Christian Rock right now. I also love anything from the eighties and nineties. HAIR BANDS ROCK :) I have always disliked Country, but as I get older, I find myself liking a lot of the newer country.

Favorite Books

I always have a book in my hands! Actually, my favorite part of my children growing up was when they learned how to read. Watching them go from sounding out words to , overnight it seemed, devouring books was amazing to me! My favorites from childhood were Hungry Little Caterpillar, and Where the Wild Things Are. From my teenage years, I loved anything by Judy Bloom, Beverly Clearly etc. Now I read Stephen King, Tom Clancy, Dean Koontz, Jodi Piccoult, Wally Lamb, and I am currently reading the Left Behind series. I am just starting to really enjoy reading the Bible, and LOVE to hear what other's favorite verses are.

Favorite Movies

I am a chick flick addict! I love watching sappy movies that make me cry :) I also like watching teeny bopper movies too.

Favorite Television

My list here is long :) I love Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, E.R., House, Bones, American Idol, Monk, etc.

Favorite Crafts

I am a self confessed paper addict! My scrapbooking-papercrafting addiction is growing. I love altering things. I am a self-taught knitter who knows one stitch, and would love to learn to crochet. If your favorite craft isn't listed here, please ask me, because Ilove to receive almost anything handmade :)

Comment: Regan - You did an outstanding job on this swap. This is one of the best swaps I have received. I have a few questions: 1). Did you use Tim Holtz Alochol Inks? It looks as though you did and I use them a lot. 2). What are the "Dream" letters made from? Did you create them yourself using glue? 3). Where did you get the little "keys" and "puzzle pieces"? I LOVE them. 4). How did you make the button on the top? Did you have a button and dap a huge glue dot on? 5). Where did you get the bottle caps that are so nicely curved? Did you buy them or make them yourself? I need to know your secrets. Please a advise. I want to give you a heart but the system doesn't allow me to do that. Did they change it so that we can't give out hearts anymore. You did a fabulous job on this swap. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. Since I can't give you a heart - here's one from me in your comments. Comment: OMG!! This was such a great package to open!! Thank you so much for the great owl stuff! The CD case is super cute, but it was quickly stolen by my 2 year old who now carries it around and calls it his "owl pack". The owl house that you made is incredible! I just moved into a new apt and I cant wait to hang it in my craft/sewing area! Thank you again!! =D

Comment: The item I got had no note who it was from. Late with no communication that it would be late. It is blue, brown and handmade to be fair.
Response: I am pretty disappointed in the rating I received from you. I thought that I labeled the box (as I was sending out various swaps that day). The lateness you referred to was three days, so I didn't think it was a big deal. Anyway, I hope that you enjoy the bag as it was fun for me to make, and is one of my favorite color combos as well!
