I'm Ami. I'm a freshman in college at St. Ed's in Austin, TX. I study graphic design and I love to be creative and messy. I work at Gamestop and play more video games than is healthy for the average person, but I hate sitting around and not having my hands busy, so it's a good hobby. I love going to concerts, seeing movies, and just hanging out with friends.

FAVORITE THINGS EVER:

-Anything foreign. I'm originally from Europe, and things that remind me are wonderful

-Kinder Chocolate (see above)

-Animals, especially cats (big and small), giraffes, and elephants

-Izze Sodas

-Teddy Bears

-Anything dark or macabre

-Vampyres

-Anything hand-made

-Magazines and books in other languages

-Art magazines with bizarre art I can use in collages

-Anything weird, abnormal, or quirky

-Things that make me say "whoa."

-Anything old or antique.

-Posters from concerts/shows/cd releases, even for bands I don't like

-Mixed CD's with music I've never heard

-DIY clothing

-Things that seem meaningless but really have a great meaning

-Buttons, ribbon, and other random doodads

-Hand-written letters

-Sudoku/Crossword Puzzles

-Manga comics with really beautiful art (i.e: Angel Sanctuary, Model, etc)

-Anything I can't fully comprehend

-Coffee

LEAST FAVORITE THINGS EVER:

-Cough Medicine

-"Young Teen" novels, with the exception of "Twilight"

-Fabric Paint

-Cute/Flowery things, though the kawaii stuff w/ Animals is adorable and I can't resist that

-Beanie Babies

-Flat shoes

-The color yellow

I read a lot of vampire books. The Anne Rice novels, Twilight, and anything random I find, and though I hate to admit it, I'm a sucker for classic literature too. Anything dark, macabre, or disgustingly romantic is perfect. Bonus points if it combines the three.

Musicals! (Moulin Rouge, Phantom of the Opera, Sweeney Todd, etc.) And any vampire and horror movies. Interview, Queen of the Damned, Saw. But, 300 and V for Vendetta are my ties for favorite right now.

I listen to a lot of metal and industrial...that sadly no one has ever heard of. In Flames, VNV Nation, Fear Factory, Assemblage 23. I love Nine Inch Nails, The Deftones, I Am Ghost, and Haste The Day, too. Of course, I'm always open to other things. I love mixed cd's with things I've never heard.

Anything where I can get messy and creative. Painting, collaging, sculpting, anything.
