About Me

i am a college student that enjoys arts and crafts. i am in a local sorority and have enjoyed every minute of it. i tend to see myself as a easy going relaxing energetic person. i love hello kitty and Nightmare before Christmas. i love to travel and my dream vacation is a two week trip to London. my favorite vacation has been to Italy. overall i would enjoy doing any type of swap, from books to arts and crafts.

Favorite Crafts

i have always enjoyed painting since i was a little girl. i started with ceramics in middle school one summer my mom took my sister and me to a class and i got hooked. more recently i have enjoyed pyrography, wood carving & burning. i have made paddles for my sorority sisters, names on big wooden letters for family and friends that are expecting. i do enjoy other arts and crafts such as stitching felt into a figure and scrap booking. i just enjoy being busy with my hands.

what I pledged

I pledge to other swap-bot members to:

  1. Rate for every swap i take part in.
  2. Rate as soon as i am able to get on line after swap is received.
  3. Rate Fairly, I will only give a 1 rating if a swap hasn't been received and that no contact has been made from the sender. I promise to pm member first to give them the chance to resolve the situation first.
  4. I will only give a 3 if i feel that the swap didn't meet the requirements and that the partner choose's not to correct the swap.

Comment: I handmade my cards with lots of love and thoughtfulness. What I got from you for this swap was rather saddening, I don't see how 2 sheets of paper stapled together happened to be a "card". I appreciate you sent this but I'd appreciated it even more if you had let me know you'd be sending 10 days late. Thank you for the cute extras but I hope you understand rating a 5 wouldn't be fair for the people who put real thought into this swap :(

Comment: Your card has arrived today, marked sent 10 days late, no message or warning about running late and the card is folded in half. If you didn't have envelopes to fit cards, maybe you shouldn't be signing up for card swaps? The extras are nice but if you had messaged your partners telling them you were running late, you might still have a 5.

Comment: I feel bad rating you a 3, but you sent this really late without a note about why. Also I wish you hadn't folded the card :( Since you were making it maybe you could have made one to fit the envelope if that was a problem? Aside from that, thank you for the card and extras <3

Comment: I don't like to be nit picky, but you sent the swap late, no note as to why... I don't down rate for late swaps if they arrive a few days after the deadline or the person sends me a message about being late. My advice for next time- if you're going to be sending late, make sure you let your partner and the swap host know.
