I am a Malaysia Chinese, born and grew up in Malaysia. I completed my studies in Australia, and hence, spent almost 3 wonderful years in Melbourne.

About Me

I am a girly kind of girl and love anything frivolously pink. However, my favourite colour is definitely turquoise, the same colour as the sea off some beaches of Malaysia on a clear sunny day.

I am not an outdoor kind of person, but I will tolerate the sun for things I love. I love, love, love diving and the sea. Just being in the sea makes me so happy that everything else is forgotten.

I love to travel, I love shopping, I love sleeping, I love dancing and I love spending quality time with friends just chit-chatting and eating.

Favorite Music

Music I enjoy are usually those typically on the pop charts. Although I love Broadway musicals and try my best to catch whatever that comes round my end of the world.

Favorite Books

I love to read, but mostly chick-flicks and historical romance. Lately, I have developed and additiction for anything vampire-ish... :)

Favorite Crafts

I love crafts but am a Jill of all trades, master of none.

Crafts which I have dabbled in includes knitting, crochetting, stamping, cards, bead work, etc.

Likes

I like...

  • colourful stuffs

  • nice paper with interesting colours/ textures

  • pastel, sweet colours

  • pink and turquoise colour

  • kawaii especially Sanrio, and especially My Melody, Hello Kitty and Keroppi

  • stickers flakes/ sacks for Sanrio

  • ribbons

  • blink-blink stuffs

Dislikes

I do not like...

  • sports or most things related to sports

  • "non-colourful" type of colours (sorry for the contradiction) - eg all the drab and dull colours like earthy tones, grey, brown, nude, etc.

  • cats

  • creepy crawlies

Response: Hope you enjoy them. Some of the songs have special meaning. Eg the Terlalu Istimewa song is dedicated to a little 10 year old girl who was brutally raped and murdered. It speaks about how she is "too special" and called home to be with God. It brought tears to my eyes the first time I listened to the song.

Comment: thanks for not sending me anything.. its been weeks and even after you said you were sorry that you havent send and you send right away i still havent received that was 2 weeks ago. its people like you that make me not want to be on this site anymore.
Response: Hey, I did send right away. And it was not that I haven't sent right away, just that I messed up with the postage calculator and everything got returned. I sent out a big batch together and some of the recipients have gotten their package and some have not. If you have not received anything by the end of the week, let me know and I will be happy to resend. I hope you will be more understanding towards packages coming from places where delivery times may not be as efficient USA.

I am so glad that you liked the papercraft kit. I love the clear stamps. They really aren't too expensive in the U.S. - in comparison to the wood mounted rubber stamps. Let me know if you would ever like to set up a private swap.
