Apologies and Frustrations
At the beginning of 2012, I had a lot of bad things going on, including illness and depression. Regrettably, because of this, I flaked on several swaps for almost 6 months. :(
In an attempt to make amends, I contacted everyone I flaked on and sent out ALL the swaps I missed. Bless them, most were very gracious and understanding and re-rated me for those swaps.
BUT, I still have two 1's. Two of my partners neither re-rated me, nor responded to my messages to see if they had received what I had sent. Thus my frustration. One of them hasn't been online since July 2012 and so hasn't even read the message I sent.
Please, anyone checking my rating, don't hold those two 1's against me
Favorite Books
When I have time to read, my favorite types of books are Arthurian legend, suspense, and Tom Clancy, of all things.
Favorite Movies
:D I love love love cheesy disaster movies! Especially geology themed ones like Volcano or Dante's Peak, or The Core. I have a degree in geology and am a geologist at heart, and those movies just make me laugh. I'm not limited to geology movies though. The Day After Tomorrow and 2012 were also highly entertaining :D
Favorite Crafts
Unfortunately, I haven't been feeling too crafty lately, unless you count cooking. I cook a lot.
And the occasional knitting.
Wants and likes, etc.

- hydrangeas in any way shape or form
- notecards
- geology related post cards... like grand canyon, mt st helens, etc
- yummy recipes - especially cookies :D
- postage stamps from ANYWHERE
- Zentangle

Pet Hair Warning
I've seen this in other profiles, and I think it's an excellent bit of info to include. I just can't believe it never occurred to me.
If you are allergic to dog or cat hair, I am not a person to swap with.
I try very hard to keep pet hair away from anything I'm sending out, but between 7 cats and 2 dogs, it's near impossible.
Dislikes
There's not much that I dislike so dont' be afraid of sending me something. If it's not something that I want or can use, I'll find it a good home :)
- For FOOD related swaps, I am ALLERGIC to PEANUTS. That's it.

You are in my Thritstore Find and I am concerned with all those 3's and 1's but I understand how sometimes things happen in our lives and swapbot has to wait.Always also notify lyour swapper of your not sending on time. Please see that thriftstore swapper gets hers on time so you can bring up your stats. Alsways remember to rate asap too. Thanks
