I am 36 years old and a SAHM and working on my nursing degree. I love to quilt, cross stitch and knitting. I love to bake and take photographs with my digital camera where I expolit them on Flickr.com.

I just love romantic comedies and period films such as Jane Eyre, Pride and Predijuce. My favorite on screen couple is Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. Right now my favorite movie is "The Holiday", due to I just adore Kate Winslet.

I love to read science fiction and some of my favorite authors is Terry Goodkind and Jack McDevitt. Right now I am into Luanne Rice novels which are no where near sci-fi! Silly me!

I am always flipping through Mary Englebright Magazine's for craft ideas. And also subscribe to a few quilting magazines also. Plus I enjoy ideas from Debbie Mumm, Real Simple and Martha Stewart.

I love to quilt and to knit. Some of my favorite fabrics is Homespun, Mulberries and plaids. Plus any kind of Halloween fabric I can get my hands on and fabric with super bright colors. The bright colors I like are the bright lime, oranges, purples and yellows. Some of my other favorite colors that I tend to gravitate to are dark purples, blues and reds. But I love all colors in general!

I love anything Halloween and go "GaGa" over those cute smore's christmas ordaments. I love the decorating style of cottage living either being country or coastal. And In the past I have even leaned towards the Shabby Chic type style motifs. I love beady type jewlery or anything beady or with beads. I love ribbon and wrapping paper being either funky or pretty.

I do like anything whimsy or magical like. Plus I love greeting cards, either homemade or store bought. In my family I am known as the "Minister of Cards", since I never miss anyone's birthday. Black and white photos or photography also comes to mind that I like. Espcially from the 30's and 40's and 50's.

Lastly I love home made gifts or artsy fartsy gifts considering the person put their time and heart into a project. Im just a romantic like that!

An update! I have become totally addicted to fabric bags that you can take grocery shopping. Or just to hold your knitting projects in.
