About Me

Hello! I'm Sachithra(Sachi), a 24yr old married woman from Colombo the capital of Sri Lanka. I'm into pen palling for years and it's always so great to receive a letter from some other corner of the world. Apart from pen palling i love cooking, crafting and listening to music in my leisure. I live in Dehiwala, that is almost 5 min away from the capital. I graduated two years ago in Textile technology but at the moment I'm employed in IT that is completely different from my subjects:) I joined this site almost a year ago, but since something went wrong with this profile i couldn't participate in swaps[it's a shame i couldn't complete at least my first swap therefore:(]. Only a couple of days ago i remembered this again and just wanted to give another try. fortunately it's working again:D... so i hope to enjoy this site as much as i can and hope to participate in bigger swaps in future.

Favorite Music

I love listening to Indian music. My favorite singer is Shania Twain and her "forever and for always" can stir my heart. hehe couple of other favorites are Telling the world- Taio Cruz Need you now- Lady Antebellum

Favorite Books

Anne of Green gables is my all time favorite book. Apart from that i adored reading Lord of the Rings trilogy, Emily, All the Novels by Agatha Christie, and all the classic novels by Jane Austen

Favorite Television

I love watching period dramas. My favorite TV mini series is " North and South" . these days i'm addicted to "Lark Rise to Candleford". :) besides, some of my other favorites are, Monk, Community, Castle, Modern Family, The Middle and Outsourced

Favorite Movies

Fantasies and Adventures are my favorites. i love animated movies as well. it's so hard to list down all of the movies i love. anyhow, my all time favorite is Lord of the Rings trilogy, once again:)
