Likes: any packages that are thoughtfully put together! I love things that are from your region. I love to learn about places and postcards or even the touristy bits of info are always fun.
I love crafty things that feed my hobbies: crocheting, making (beaded) jewelry, bookbinding. I do prefer natural fibers and nature-influenced materials.
Learning about YOUR hobbies is fun too!
foods: I'm a strong coffee or herbal tea drinker. DARK chocolate - 70% or darker! I'm married to a Brit and he always enjoys european sweeties. I love to experiment with food & spices.
Please don't send candies with colorings like Red #40 or E124 as my husband is allergic!
Favorite color(s): anything really, though if I wear it it's probably in reds, black, or blues :)
makeup: not really, unless it's lipgloss.
animals: we have two cats who are playful souls
art: love handmade stuff for my walls & workspace
finally: I prefer not to receive scented things unless they are natural scents (ie actual lavender, cinnamon, etc). I don't wear earrings very much, and I'm sensitive to eye makeup.
Thanks for taking the time to look through my photos and learn more about me :)
indie, pop, rock, r&b, jazz, world, old, new, classical... I especially look forward to hearing music from other countries and learning about new artists.
I just can't get my head around really heavy metal music, the tamer stuff is ok :)
I love books of all sorts! I don't read much biographies but would love suggestions on ones you enjoy.
I read lots of fiction, historical fiction, fantasy of the Garcia Marquez variety. I have read some of the more popular/well known sci-fi and fantasy - would love suggestions on lesser known authors!
I have loads and loads of craft books about many things: gardening, crochet, knitting, jewelry making, stained glass, book binding.
I love to crochet, make beaded jewelry, bookbinding, photography (oh! old film/cameras are a fun swap for me!), gardening, cooking,
I've tried: lampworking, metalsmithing, stained glass,
and now... I'm trying to learn to knit!
