I don't want anyone thinking I am not sending out the day I post sent. I drop the majority of my items off at the blue box outside the post office in the evening/night, so I may drop them off at 7 tonight, and mark them sent, yet they will not be postmarked before tomorrow. Hope this helps.

I am a 50 yr old female from KY. I just lost my husband to cancer on April 10, 2012, and this is the hardest thing I have ever had to face, and hope I never have to lose someone I love again. I have one daughter, Natalie, age 30, and 2 grandkids, Mason, 11 and Abby, 9. My family is my life. My hobbies are gardening, collecting postcards, buttons (the sewing type), and baseball cards for my grandson. I love the internet, chatting with my swap buddies, and playing with my grandkids. I am also a very big sports nut. I LOVE the UCONN Huskies Women's Basketball team. I have been a fan for many, many years. I also enjoy going to the Cincinnati Reds baseball games.

I love country music, but I also love 70's, and 80's rock and some of todays rock. George Strait is my favorite male singer, and Jennifer Nettles is my favorite female singer.

I love to read, and I mostly read true crime books, but I also read anything that is a true story about sports, basketball, football, and baseball. I have a Nook now, so I get all of my books from Barnes & Noble for my Nook.

My favorite movies are: Shawshank Redemption, The Green Mile, Grease, Finding Nemo, Love and Basketball, and Alvin and the, Chipmunks.

I mostly like to watch reality tv shows: Big Brother, Survivor, Amazing Race, Biggest Loser, Bachelor, Bachelorette, Love in the Wild, The Glass House, etc.

--Painting Rocks with my grandkids (I am no good at painting, but to get to do something with them that they like is my joy in my life)

--I enjoy doing latch hook kits--Haven't done one in ages, but still love doing them

--I have just started making some decoreated bottle caps, and scrabble tiles, and dominoes (any suggestions on any of this would be greatly appreciated as I am new to it)

--I collect postcards from anywhere. I love most kinds, BUT only want 4 inch x 6 inch sized cards. PLEASE NO HANDMADE CARDS!! I have received some of the worst cards ever being nothing more than tape over tape over tape, and they are so tacky. I just don't like them. SORRY! save them for someone who collects handmade cards. Thanks! I especially love cards with trains on them. I have started collecting state map postcards, and trying to get two sets of them for my grandkids to keep. I also like cards with beaches or animals on them. I do NOT like postcards that just show something weird on them (goth, skulls, etc), free ad cards (unless I sign up for that kind of swap), handmade cards, or just plain photography cards.

--My grandson and I also collect baseball cards.

--I collect buttons (Yes, the kind that are on clothing).

--I LOVE anything breast cancer awareness.

--I love train items for my grandson. It makes me just as happy to receive something with a train on it for him as it does to receive something for myself.

--I love ribbon (grosgrain or the really small ribbon to make her ponytail holders) that I can make hairbows with for my granddaughter

--I love notecards

-I love brown shades of lipstick and lipgloss. I do not like the copper colors, or the sparkly ones.

--I love gift cards for fast food restuarants and retail store, ex. Taco Bell, Wendy's, McDonald's, Subway, Target, Walmart, Kmart, Old Navy, Gap, Bath & Body Works, and more.

--I like wax tarts or melts that are strong scented, PLEASE no dollar store ones, I like food scented ones (especially pumpkin scents and cinnamon scents, except NO banana. Please see my dislikes for this or ask me.

I love browns in makeup. Like LUSH products. Brown/deep rust colored lip stick.

--I don't like anything that is floral, clean, woodsy or banana scented.

--I don't like ATC's, Matchboxes, Matchbooks, inchies, stickers, friendship books, or sticker bags.

--I hate tea's and coffees.

--I don't like anything like brads, eyelets, stickers, or the such for scrapbooking.

--I don't like receiving junk. I have received things in swapping that have been half full bottles of lotions, etc. I have also received torn items, and I hate that. I am very particular as to what I send, and appreciate my partners doing the same.
