I loveee reading. I recently got turned down for a librarian job here in the town library. Perhaps they knew I'd spend my days hiding out in the aisles with my nose in a book. Or perhaps it's because my career background for the past 10 years has been in the Health Information Management field and I simply wasn't qualified =P

I tend to read a lot of books geared towards 9-13 year olds as I try to find books that I know my son will love to read. That being said, my most recent favorites have been the books from Hiccup Horrendous Haddock. I find these books hilarious as does my son and it's always a good thing when I can't get my child to put down a book. I also like fantasy books, (vampires, demons, fairies). My favorite author's for those are Laurell K. Hamilton and Charlaine Harris. I also enjoy Harry Potter, Vegan Cookbooks, the latest books on sewing.

I'm not really into a lot of tv shows. I will sometimes sit down with my son and watch what he's watching, which mainly would be cartoons. They seem to fit my attention span anyways. Flapjack, Chowder, and old episodes of Invader Zim are favorites of mine at the moment. I love Gir!

I do like renting movies and watching them to make my workout on the elliptical seem less painful. I like action movies, or movies that will make me laugh, but I don't care for any movies that makes me cry. I'm not really into "chick flicks" or anything with a lot of drama. I have enough drama in my life, I don't need to watch it on tv too =P That being said, I'm really not into any drama that occurs here on Swap-bot either.

Mainly sewing and some photography. I also do some drawing, but only when the mood strikes me. I love baking and sometimes I like cooking. I think I love baking just because I love sweets so much. I just started with watercolors, my paintings are quite amusing :)

Spending time with family, spending time alone, (I'm a Libra, so I need both!), hula, tahitian ori/aparima, hiking, working out at the gym (okay not totally sure I like that one. I like it more when I just completed a workout), walking the dog, yoga, Brazilian Jujitsu, Taekwon Do, Kombatan, sewing, reading, cooking, photography, finding a good garage sale or something absolutely great at a thrift shop. Hesitantly I admit I can be a total gamer, I blame this on growing up with just brothers. Mainly I like the mmorpg's. It started with my brother getting me on to Everquest, then I went to EQ2, then WoW, COH and COV. I am happy to claim that I am no longer "addicted" to a certain game, which is a good thing for me lol...I have more time to craft.
