I am a HEALER in many ways. I love nature and all it offers. My flower garden is my inspiration and my sanctuary. I like to paint, scrapbook, make simple little jewelry like earrings and I love music of all forms. I am excited about starting this venture to enhance my creativity that I let slip away. I am a very creative person and one of the things I like the most is to give little gifts to family, friends and co-workers. I turned 52 this year but am living through it. I live in a small town but love the big city. New York is one of my favorite places. I also enjoy all things from Scotland and participate in Renn Faires. I do hand tooled leather work such as journals, bracers, and items for Faire. I taught my hubby this and he now has his own business. If it is any thing you can do with your hands and mind, I'm there. I love long baths, good books,good wine, fine food, dark chocolate, mornings in my garden and good friends. I work hard at listening to what people are saying. We are all important and deserve full attention when communicating, not just a nod. Most importantly, I try to say a kind word to all around me each day and mean it.

HOLIDAYS- I love Halloween and the Fall in general. The smells and the colors are food for the soul. I love decorating the house and garden for the Fall Holidays. I love finding old, Vintage Halloween items like cards, figures, etc.. like cats and crows and even children in costume. I always have extra special events for Halloween here in my small town and the kids all know it. My place is always the first stop! This is a family tradition I have continued. It was always so dear to my fathers heart! I just love any holiday and another reason to have family and friends close by.

MUSIC - I love all music, 70's is my favorite, jazz, Celtic, and many new artists. My husband was in a band for years so I am a groupie at heart. Beatles, Stones, Cream, Bread, Guess Who, Bad Company, Eric Clapton, Moody Blues, James Taylor, Eagles, Frank Sinatra, Maroon 5, Jack Johnson, Queen, ELO, Cat Stevens, Indian Flute, on and on! I could not live without music. It is in my soul.

FOODS - I love it all! My husband is a chef so we eat alot of different things. The more exotic the better. I love different chocolates and shortbread cookies. It's not food but there is nothing better than a glass of red wine with my food! I also love Starbucks coffee and all coffee flavored dark chocolate.

COLORS - I love black! You can find it in my office, in my decorating, my clothing. It is just an elegant color. I love all colors and mixtures like brown and robin egg blue, pink and black and also red and bright pink together. I decorate with a world travel flare as my husband has traveled alot.

PETS - I have two cats that are my children. Ginger and Princess rule the house. They want to say "MEOW" to all their friends here that send them toys!

COLLECTIONS - I collect old powder compacts ,Celtic Greenmen,Vintage Halloween items,and blue colbalt.

ITEMS I LOVE - Vintage Halloween items,Tim Burton stuff, Anime, Manga, greenman, dark chocolate, celtic items,wind chimes, any unique little item for my garden, bird houses, beautiful paper for paper crafts,art pens, Starbucks, Paris, mailart, my family, dark fairies, old world items, rain, and ink drawings.

WISH LIST- mini amiguruni's ( I can't make them), rubber stamps with celtic style designs, your art work, cool office stuff, international spices, little carved wooden boxes, greenman items, any type of artist pen, carved rubber stamp and any of your crafts. There are so many talented people here and it rocks when I receive one of your handmade, heartfelt crafts.

MOVIES - Tim Burton ROCKS, he is so creative!Love all his movies. I also love to watch any thing to do with Dragons, Knights, Kings, etc... BraveHeart, Lion In Winter, Lord Of The Rings, Robin Hood, Excalibur

SHOWS - Dexter, Lost, The Tudors, Heros, Dead Like Me, Deadwood, Food Network and HGTV

HOBBIES - Painting, scrapbooking, photography, jewelry making, gardening, tooled leather work items for Renn. Faire, and stepping stones. I just love all paper crafts like cards, tags, postcards, zines, bookmarks, ATC's, and mail!!! Lots of mail! By the time I was 10, I had to have my own postal box because I kept filling dads. I think it must have come from my dad who use to send my mom a love letter each week when dating. He did art work on each of these envies which I now own. ( minus the love letter)

SCENTS - I like the smells of Rain, Musk, Woody, Fireplace, Leather, Fresh Coffee, Fall, Cinnamon. I dislike floral smells, food related candles like cookies, cherry, strawberry, etc...

FAMILY - I have no children but watch my 7 year old great nephew and 8 year old great niece every weekend. They are the love of my life.We have great adventures each weekend. Sage loves Fairies and we have turned my back yard into a little girls dream world. We love fairy wings and collecting fairies. We spend rainy days making fairy books and journals. Little Trent plays along as a Super Hero or a Pirate. Being involved in the Renaissance Faires has increased the little ones love of adventure, history and make believe. We are all currently learning Italian for the faire! I have 2 other great nieces that live in the same town. When all four kids are here, life is good. They are the sweetest and cutest little girls who are 1 and 3. It is so wonderful having family close by.
