I'm lucky enough to be a stay at home housewife. I get a chance to do all the things I love including dollmaking and quilting. My new venture is jewelry making. I feel the best when I'm working on something. When I do sit still I love to read and I mean anything! I read cookbooks, craft books, fiction, mystery, dictionaries, you name it!

LOVE the color pink! Like to spend time alone. Baking and cooking. I love to wear aprons, the old fashioned full kind. Craft shows. Ilike the style of country,antiques,old wood the stuff that says "comfort". Rummage sales. Collecting recipes. My Daughter and granddaughters who are 2 1/2 and 4 months. My cluttered mess craft room . Spring and summer. Old movies. Road trips within the state. Finding treasures. Recycling. My red kitchen. I was born and raised in the Motown Music" era. Fabric Fabric and more Fabric!!

SNOW SNOW SNOW! mushrooms. anything neon colors. self help books (not enough help in the world for me!) country music (although I'm working on it) watching the news. I'm afraid of water.

I have always loved making dolls. Especially the primitive ones. Now that I have granddaughters I've gotten into the more Raggedy kinds. I also Quilt. When it comes to fabric I pretty much love anything! My new venture is jewelry making. My sister and I love to thrift store shop so we are now making jewelry using recycled items. But I think sewing will always be my #1 passion.
