what I pledged I'm a 22 year old female . I love to write letters, i've never been on a swappers site like this but it looks like fun. I enjoy listening to music, reading fantasy novels, making beaded jewellery and pretty much anything that doesn’t involve house work lol!
My Grandma taught me how to crochet and knit and i am absolutely loving it! I find that i can sit in one spot for hours and just crochet, its a great way to keep your mind off things and to just relax.
Im currentley a part-time student and working part time because i hurt my back in Auguest and i havent been ab;e to do alot since.
Im mad for stickers and i find it hard to walk past a sticker stand without attacking it and anybody close enough to the stand to take MY STICKERS!!! lol, my man thinks im a nut and that its all a waste of money but it keeps me happy :)
I currentley have 25 national and international snail mail penpals, although that number can change without notice. I love to send/receive letters; however, since the post likes to raise the cost of stamps, you practically need a full time job to support my hobby, so i'm looking into getting some email penpals.
Anything that doesn't make my ears bleed lol
Hennie Bekker - Temba Ian cameron Smith - Inner Tieds Tony O'Connor - Montville Getaways, Rainforest Magic, Summer Rain
I also enjoy the typical flavour of the month that's on the radio. Pink, Lady Gaga, Nickleback, Evanescence, Avril and lots more
David Eddings - Complete series
Terry Brooks - The Sword of Shannara, Trilogy
Queen Of the Damned - Ann Rice
Isobelle Charmody - Obernewtyn - The Farseekers - Ashling - The Keeping Place - The Key Stone Currentley waiting on the last book to be released.
I love movies that have decent gun fights and lots of stuff blowing up
LOTR series, Deep impact, Blade, Blade 2, Interview with a vampire, Queen of the Damned, Rise of the Lychans
Gladiator, Black Hawk Down, Pearl Harbor, Training Day
Monsters Inc, Nemo, Shrek, and sooo much more
Anything but REALITY, so sick of reality.
2 and a 1/2 men The family guy American Dad

Hi! I've sent your letter for 20 facts penpal swap today :) Hope you receive it soon!
This is for the read my profile and leave a comment.
My name is Cathy. I love how you are so orgainzed on you profile. We have some things in common. if you wanna be penpals I would love that
Hi! I'm here for the 'Read my profile and post a comment' Wow, 25 penpals, that's impressive. There's nothing quite like getting a handwritten though, so I guess that makes up for the postage costs.
Even though I don't watch much tv, if Family Guy is on I will watch that. I love that sort of comedy.
I think it's great that you can crochet and knit. I have done a bit of both, but really the most I have knitted is those covered coathangers that all Grandmas like to knit...but I must admit these really are the BEST coathangers!
I hope you are in a high and dry place with all the flooding in QLD at the moment. I live in Melbourne, but my son is at the Gold Coast at the moment and can't believe how wet it is.
Take care, Janine
Hi there to Australia! :) Another snail mail lover, nice! I also really really love pen palling. Today I went a bit crazy on stationery shopping, ooops, and yeah, you are so right about the postage :( Though, the Finnish Post HAD to lower the prices as they were way too high, thanks for that :D I do not want to know how much I spent for stamps in ten years of writing letters! :)
while I do not like Family Guy too much, American Dad is just great! :)
Have a nice day and happy Swapping!
Sabrina

Hi there, I am your partner for the 'read my profile' swap. This is also my first swap site and I am having so much fun. I think it is awseome that your granny taught you to knit, i am really beginning wonder if it is a dying art. Mymom taught me the basics when I was little and I kinda learnt the rest by myself.I surpassed her in crochet but she is still the queen of knitting. Thank heavens for amigurumi which makes crochet really cool. I am sorry about your back. i know how bad it is since my mom suffers her whole life 9she put her back out while saving me from rotwielers when I was really young) and my husband suffers too and ends up in hospital all the time so I really feel for you and hope things get better. I love those cartoons too, specially monsters inc. I think you just gave me a good idea for my next plushie! I really enoyed reading your profile. Warmest of regards, Nasreen (",)
Elariane, The day of the accident was crazy!!!! I don't think I mentioned, it happened in front of the hospital, the office windows facing the street where we were. I called the office to tell them we would be late. When John & I made it to the appt., the secretary, nurse and technician all made a comment like "sorry about your accident". Then the doctor came in the room and told me she had been watching from the window!! A fabulously glorious moment for me!!! And the funny thing is, while waiting for the police to arrive, I was looking at her looking at me!!!!! BTW, WELCOME TO SWAP-BOT!!!!! This is a great community of caring people and there are so many opportunities to try new techniques and crafts. I love this place!!!! Happy Swapping!!! April
