Right now...most listened to styles are electronica/trance/trip hop, but all styles (except country!) seem to slip in on my mixes from time to time. Specific "mainstream" artists include Moby, Coldcut, Spoon, Massive Attack, Faithless, Citizen Cope, Imogen Heap, Gnarls Barkley, Matisyahu, Everlast, Morcheeba, Innocence Mission, Mazzy Star, Pearl Jam, N.E.R.D., Wes Anderson Movie Soundtracks...But ask me tomorrow and my answer might be different. My favorite music changes with my mood!

I have been a personal chef in the past, but my husband and I adopted two kids recently, so I went back to freelance writing. I have written all kinds of stuff professionally, but right now I am doing celebrity news writing w/an astrological slant.

I love art (especially book arts like journal making, paper making, etc.), color, design...

I like bright colors like pink, fuscia, white, turquoise, lime green, periwinkle (esp. in the Spring/Summer) and black/white combo, deep reds, rusts, deep yellows and browns (esp.in the Fall/Winter).

Autumn is my favorite season and dusk is my favorite time of day.

I love cooking, giving gifts (especially the wrapping part!), reading, listening to music and getting surprises in the mail.

I love glossy cooking and art magazines!

I love to laugh (sarcasm, bad puns and other variations of word play are the best way to get me to crack a smile).

The ocean, hotels and hotel minibars, things that smell good (vanilla, spices, exotic/spicy perfumes, Autumn air, baby powder), bonfires, NFL football (Go KC Chiefs!), sunsets, geocaching, canoeing by moonlight, new soft cotton socks, the moon, potato chip cookies, Carmel California, Thai food, cool/interesting restaurant menus, islands, tennis (fav. player: Rafael Nadal), Champagne, animals (especially dogs and squirrels), art and cooking magazines, peanuts and other salty treats like smoked almonds and Bugels, Nut Goodies (favorite candy bar), hummingbirds, passionflowers, magnets, interesting quotes, sweets (esp. chocolate, nuts and caramel -- chocolate-covered peanuts and turtles are 2 favorites!), trees, Cuba, congas, Carribean food, candlelight.

Don't really care for goth, "country/Americana" or Kawaii stuff, but I am open to it if it is something you are passionate about. Just tell me why you love it when you send it!
