My name is Laura!

I'm eighteen years old and will grow up to be a crazy cat lady I dress completely in black and am an Eclectic Wiccan.

I'm obsessed with Rumbelle (Rumpelstiltskin and Belle) from Once Upon a Time!

I love the macabre and am fascinated by anything to do with epidemics, viruses, medicine, etc. I love anything hand-drawn, especially ATCs and am obsessed with manga, anime, cosplaying, and conventions. Geekery, yay!

I like cats and crows. I dress how I want to, dance where I want to, and don’t care what people think of me. I read, write, draw, and take photos. I can’t live without music. I’m a dancer – I also rollerblade, rock climb, ski, and snowboard, amongst other sports (see: Activities) I love gymnastics – hate team sports.

I love heights. I’m perverted, when it comes down to it. I don’t know how to filter what I say, sometimes. I like neon bondage, and love raves. I love manga/anime and cosplaying. Anime conventions are another one of my many homes.

I’m a bit of a geek. I love roleplaying. D&D is awesome. I suck at WoW, and am too lazy to buy a membership, but it was fun while the trial lasted. Minecraft is great, but I hate getting lost. I’m on and off Dragon Cave (and its forums) I want to go into biomedical sciences, then get into medicine, in hopes of becoming an epidemiologist. But who knows? Along the way, I may get caught up in another profession. But I’ll definitely keep on writing for the rest of my life.

I'm trying to finish my two novels so that they get published. I'm random. I say things without thinking about them first. I jump around and make strange noises. I squeak (at incredibly high pitches) I'm weird/strange/creepy, whatever you'd like to call it. I like hentai. I have learned not to torrent random guro mixes. I like blood and gore, and horror manga. Maybe horror hentai... if you don't obscure it too much.

I can be really shy, but also very cocky. I think too much, and sometimes, think too little. I like the daydream (half sleep, fall asleep, either way), and tend to stare at walls, zoned out. I've been told my eyes drift off into different directions when this happens.

I have an elven nose. I'm the reincarnation of a cat. And I have a self-destructive personality. I can also control flies.

All in all, I love life.

I'm open to anything from others - the concept of receiving something from people from another place is amazing! But if I had to choose the things I dislike most...

• Snakes - they terrify me. Drawings and stickers and cute, though.

• Grotesque imagery

• Sitcoms

• Religious-themed items - I respect all religions, but don't really enjoy those sort of items.

• Mickey Mouse, Daffy Duck, those kinds of characters. I love Disney, especially the princesses, but not those cartoon animals

• Feathers. I don't like feathers, especially ones that have come straight from a bird.

• Clowns

• Multi-colored skulls, especially ones like those from Mexico. They really, really frighten me.

• Halloween items. I like scary/creepy things, but not spooky things, like cartoon ghosts and wart covered witches.

• Dollar store items. Most of the time, things from the dollar store are easily recognized. I don't like them, because they usually end up falling apart or being of really cheap quality.

Televesion: I'm kind of a TV addict - I watch A LOT of things online (I listed my favorite characters, too)

I like sad songs, about difficulties, such as mental disorders, tragedies, etc. I love beautiful lyrics.

Dislikes: I despise jazz and r&b. Rap, hip hop, pop, country. In the exception of techno, songs that have meaningless lyrics, or just the same repetitive words.

I like most colors. But sometimes it's easier just to say which ones you like the most x3

Favorites: Dark colors (black, crimson red, dark purple, forest green, grey) Pastels are great. Anything subtle and gentle, like soft yellow, violet, deep brown/red. White is nice, too, but black is my favorite color of all.

Less favorites: Neons. Bright colors that hurt the eyes. I particularly dislike neon yellow/orange/pink/turquoise.
