Hi there Swappers!

After spending the 2 previous years travelling around the USA and EU, I moved to Melbourne last march to settle down into some routine and sort my life out from my suitcase.

I used to spend alot of time swapping about 3 years ago, but I had some pretty hectic things happen and I ended up letting down quite a few people in their swaps. I'd really like to get back into swapping, and now have the time to commit to it.

So if you're prepared to give me a chance, don't let my lower rating put you off (it's three years old!).

I'm a musician by night (I play piano) and, retail manager for home wares during the day at a big wig department store. Because of this, i can tell you what thread count and cotton your sheets are made of just by feeling them. Pretty much the worst super power ever. When I'm not working I ride around the town on my vesper meeting up with friends for sneaky gins. I like going out for dinner and the movies, dancing, picnics. You know, the same lame boring things it seems everybody likes. Other interests include: good food and wine, Impressionist painting, photography, sewing, record collecting, seeing live music, anything vintage.

I hear music constantly. I often find that the only way to get it out of my head is to memorize it. My favorite artists include: Ben Folds, Of Montreal, Arcade fire, New Buffalo, Yann Tiersen, Tori Amos, Edith piaf, Jeff Buckley and Sufjan Stevens.

I love reading - Extremly loud and incredibly close by Johnathan Safran Foer is my favorite. Also, anything by Neil Gaiman.

Anything that is showing at dendy or involves an end of the world senario will usually float my boat. Zombie films are high up there on the list.

No seeds or anything plant like - I live in Australia and we have very strict rules on vegetation. The package will just end up being ripped open in customs and I won't get to see the lovely things you sent. Tea and coffee are also things to skip - I'm allergic to Caffeine.

I don't really like ATCS, inchies, dotte dolls or that kind of thing.

I love cookbooks - especially ones about quick and easy meals, or soup. I really enjoy sewing, and can always use little extra supplies like buttons, ribbons or fat quaters. I love vintage things - magazines and postcards. I like things for my hair (alice bands, bobby pins, clips, and fun accessories). Socks are fun - and underwear in a medium size. My favorite colour is pink. I play the piano - so sheet music would be amazing. My favorite international candies are reeces peices, and sweedish fish. I enjoy writting on cute stationary. I like mix cds, and I collect Vinyl's. I really like cute homewares - like aprons, cups, teatowels. I love board games. I enjoy nerd things. I'm trying to slowly collect the penguin classics. I love found photos. I collect dvds and have no problem with regions (so it can come from any country). Anything kitch/vintage. 600 polaroid film. Anything that would stereotypically appear on fredflare.com. Anything to do with pandas or panda themed. Engrish. Blank postcards to put on my wall (not city/country themed).
