Favorite Crafts

I'm 36, British but living in Canada, married with 5 children. We live on 16 acres with 2 dogs, 3 cats and our pot bellied pig. We also keep bees.

Fave hobbies: beekeeping, kayaking, running, hiking, swimming.

Fave books: Anything by Gail Anderson Dargatz Simple Abundance by Sara Ban Breathnach The Secret Life of Bees and the Twilight series!!!

Fave crafts: scrapbooking and mini albums, atcs, altered items, watercolour painting, photography, baking, pottery, rubber stamping, collage.

Fave movies: - depends on my mood! Chick flicks, comedies, dramas (I'm not into horrors).

My favourite colour is turquoise but I love all jewelled colours. My favourite thing to get with a swap is a personal friendly note!! I mainly take part in artist trading card swaps. I'm a blog addict and love to write and journal.

I homeschool my Daughter 7 and Son 4 and have three older children (15, 13 and 11) in school. My 11 and 7 year olds take part in ATC swaps for kids.

I love all craft supplies as I can use them in my collage and on my ATC's and altered items.

No allergies here!

My favourite scents for the home are either vanillas or foody scents such as apple/ cinnamon or pumpkin pie.

My favourite time of year is Summer.

I love Hummingbirds and porcupines, bees. pandas. I would love to visit Japan to see the Cherry blossom.

I Love Christmas, Easter and Canada Day!!!

My word for 2009 is COURAGE!!!
