I've always disliked filling out these things. Anyhoo, a bit about me. I have a little boy who turned 1 year old on May 10. I'm engaged to married on July 31, 2009. I'm originally from a small town in the Yukon.

I like all types of music. Some of my favorite artists are:

I'll listen to just about anything, although I don't really like Broadway/show tunes type stuff. I love going to the theatre, just don't like listening to it at home.

I love to read almost everything. I don't like romance novels, although I have been known to read them once in a while when there's nothing else to read. Or science fiction, although there are some that I have really enjoyed. I love mystery, horror, true crime and general fiction.

Mostly I enjoy knitting, I'm not very crafty. I really enjoying taking pictures as well, just not scapebooking, not very artistic. I definitely admire people who are though.

I love crime type shows. Law & Order, CSI, CSI New York, Criminal Minds are some of my favourites. I also like Medium, Ghost Whisperer, Heroes, Journeyman. I'm not into reality shows but I do like The Biggest Loser and The Amazing Race.

I'm very easy to please. I like stationery, coloured pens, pretty or funky envelopes, note cards.

I'd love to received blank postcards, as I'm also a member of Postcrossing. I like any type of postcards. Different, funny, artistic or unusual postcards are very appreciated.

I'm a tea drinker and love trying new teas.

My favorite colors are yellow and blue, but really I like any color.

I love chocolate, especially dark chocolate.

I love citrus flavors and scents as well as warm scents like vanilla.

My favorite flowers are sunflowers (I have a sunflower tattoo) and daisies, especially Gerbera daisies.

I really like socks too size 9-11, even though my feet are only a size 7, I find those size socks are hard to come by. Any kind socks, ankle socks, toe socks, etc.

I don't have many dislikes.

I dislike black licorice.

I don't like artificial cherry or grape flavored things.

I very rarely drink coffee, although my fiance does. Love the smell though.

That's about it.

Inspired by the Friendship Afghan Swap, I've decided to make afghans to donate to different shelters here. Unfortunately I'm not a very quick knitter so I would love knitted or crocheted square to create afghans. Any color or size would be appreciated.

I always send out my swaps on time, usually before the due date and will either send my partner(s) a PM or post a comment on their profile letting them know when the swap has been sent.
