Hello! I am a married woman living in Washington State. I am married to a fabulous man and we have one daughter. She is grown and on her own, but lives nearby. We have three dogs, two pugs and corgi / pom mix. I love to read and always have a book open or something on my computer to read. Please feel free to ask me for more information.

Favorite Crafts

I like to sew although I haven't been actively sewing lately. I did teach myself to knit several years ago but have let that slide too. I just started to crochet and I have been having fun making amigurumi. I really enjoy crochet, it's extremely portable! I am joining Swap-bot in the hopes of renewing my crafty skills. I really enjoy all types of animals and would like to make small stuffies. I would like to participate in handmade swaps soon!

Favorite Music

I listen to modern, soft rock. I enjoy the new young, singer / songwriters that are popular now like The Shins. But, I also Love, Love, Love Bruce Springsteen and LedZeppelin! I do not care for rap music or pop music.

Favorite Books

I will read just about anything, I am currently reading historic fiction. I also enjoy a good scary novel and adventure tales. I prefer fiction, but would listen to any recommendations.

Favorite Movies

I am a typical woman, give me a nice romantic comedy and I will be happy. I enjoy action films and dramas too. I don't mind the occasional horror movie, but there has to be a story, not just blood and guts!

Favorite Television

I guess it would be easier to say what I don't watch thank what I do watch. I never watch any reality shows, I just don't get the attraction to them. I also enjoy the home shows about selling your home, buying a new home, etc. My husband doesn't like those at all, but he's a good sport and never complains.

About Me

Oh dear...I guess I should put a few things in the dislike category just to balance out the old profile.

I don't care for stickers, I have no need for them. I do not like realistic looking dolls, no plastic faces please. Although I admire the talents and skill required for the ATC's I would prefer not to receive them. I would not know what to do with them and your hard work would be wasted.

I am sure there are other things I don't like, please PM me if you have any questions. I am pretty reasonable and appreciate anything you take the time and effort to send.

Comment: Thank you for writing you are doing great I remember when I first started swapping which was only back in may Have fun and enjoy that is the basic idea for swapbot just don't get overwhelmed that is easy to do just look at all the swaps I am in and the ones I am hosting plus several groups that I have started But I love it and it keeps me on track and helps me get through some pretty tough times.
