I live in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas in No. Calif. and try to do some sort of art every day. I taught art for 25 years in a k-8 school environment. I read a lot. I like to cook wonderful food and my favorite colors are turquoise and most southwest colors. I have gone to high tea all over the United States and on the high seas....Favorite teas today are Jasmine and Cream Brule...I really enjoy a date out to tea. My husband and I have built our 3 homes in the 37 years we have been together. We have no kids, just 3 inherited cats. I have been in the Day of the Dead altar show many times, a few county fair entries, a couple of blue ribbons and some street fairs where I did sell things. I have been on the county self esteem task force. I lean towards liberal politics and I really like our president. I have been involved with churches but shy away from organized religion. At this time of my life I am dealing with probates, hospice and settling real-estate deals. I am refinishing a 1984 Nomad little travel trailer (I inherited) into a mexican/cowgirl themed trailer...LOL. I have stepped back from a lot of swaps but I do like to keep my hands and mind mashing around in the arts. I work quickly and send things on rather quickly. I don't procrastinate, that is my husbands job.lol
