I Live in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are located in what is called the Piedmont region which is between the mountains and beach. Just close enough to each to be wonderful. I live on Lake Wylie which means my neighbors across the way are in South Carolina. Retired and enjoying life.
Beach Music and a little of everything else. Easy listening and everything Andrew Lloyd Webber. I particularly enjoy the music of the 50's and 60's. Just love that ole time rock n roll. It really does soothe my soul.
Just happened this year that we went to see most of the movies that are up for awards. I loved the Help. War Horse was in my opinion the best of all, The Decendents I also enjoyed. Let's face it Clooney is not hard to look at but in this movie he seemed to show his age. I enjoyed Money Ball even though I don't care for Brad.
Like Chic Flicks and Comedy. Of course, my all time favorites would have to include Gone With the Wind being the good Southern Gal I am, Beaches, Steel Magnolias and To Kill a Mockingbird. Do you see a little Southern flavor here? Don't get to the movies much. That is one thing I thought we would do when we retired but seem to stay too busy doing other things. The year 2011 was unusual - as I said we saw most of those in the running.
Big Bang Theory...I love Sheldon. Sort of reminds me of someone I know. In the summer I watch Closer, Rozzli and Isles, Royal Pains and any sitcom that may be playing. Enjoy Harry's Law and The Good Wife. Recently tuned in to The Firm - it may be a keeper. I usually just record the shows and then can watch at my convenience.
Love Fabric, yarns, beads, buttons, paper and making things out of found objects. Guess I love almost every type of craft. I like neutrals but also brights. Believe I actually lean to the fall colors. But still love those brights.
I sew and crochet a little but never did learn to knit. I have enjoyed altering many things. Not into right now but in the past I swapped ATCs, Fat Book pages, Postcards and altered puzzles.
Just got in to Rolo Cards and have been doing more mail art lately.

Don't wear makeup or jewelry very much.
I don't care for scented things. My nose seems to be particulary sensitive. Recently found out I am very allergic to cig smoke.
I am actually easy to please and if you send something I don't care for I will re-gift (except things smelling like smoke)
Don't care for people who never let you know if your package arrived.
I try my best to keep up with all the swaps, tags, etc. but if you are missing something please message me.

Heehee...yes, I definitely need to start scanning favorites. Especially now that I finally can! I just bought a 3 in 1 with some holiday money ;) It opens so many doors...
GREAT mail art! Do you work with digital collages or scan them? I need to get in the habit of scanning images that I especially like. I'm enjoying the zines too ;) Thank you!
Great That was fast! It is super duper sticky! Imagine working with it off 14" wide rolls! making thousands of sheet of gold foil sticky paper and then wrapping thousands of foam balls in it! We did get stuck on it a lot to start !
Hi, thought I sent this yesterday, but it's not on your wall, I must not have pressed Leave Comment! DuH! Anyway, received a great mail art from you, for C+P Mail Art Network. Thank you so much! And your Sticky paper was sent yesterday also, I hope you enjoy it!

Good luck on the journal cover. Me and the hubby just made our first one...we had a hell of a time because we didn't go by any real guideline, just kind of went with it...it was our first hardcover too...but it turned out awesome!
