Hello. My name's Ari. I am excited to be apart of the swap-bot project. I am an avid reader, cooker, and postcard-collector. Looking forward to swapping with people from all types of cultures, traditions and mind-sets.
I am now back home, right before I begin my masters program. Currently, I work in a non-profit organization where we teach nutrition to students PreK-8th grade! It's a lot of fun, and makes me excited to be closer to my nutrition goals.
While I spend a little time in the "9-5", I want to get back into swapping every once in awhile. Hope to swap with you soon!
P.S. I restrict dairy, meat, eggs and wheat from my diet. Please keep that in mind for any swaps we do together. Thank you!

Reaching my goals
I really prefer non-touristy postcards unless...
*You recommend visiting there
*It is some sort of marketplace whether that be food or "flea"
*It's just must be known to the world
*The scenery is life-changing
Other postcards I enjoy:
*Odd or out-of-the-box
Any postcard you enjoy will do. I'm sure I'll enjoy it as well.
Feel free to also look at my postcrossing for some ideas..
This list is really like the "ink on the paper". It is something to be read and considered as you sort of get the vibe of me, dissect my photo and just go with your gut feelings. Part of the fun of all this is seeing me through your own eyes.
Not much black
"Odd" Kitchen Objects/Gadgets--Prefer it to be something I cannot necessarily buy myself.
Cultural T-Shirts (size small)
Ingredients (as long as vegan and completely safely packaged)
Unique/Unusual Teas--Loose or Bagged (I especially enjoy herbal (but not "artificial" fruit teas)
Documentaries/Independent Films--especially pertaining to food systems
Your local newspaper
Hayao Miyazaki Things
"Unique" Playing Cards
No cosmetics or perfumes- bars of soap are OK if each ingredient actually exists in nature and is "real"/"all-naturally" vegan and herbal
No shampoos or body-washes
No candles--except I am looking for something to make my dorm room smell really nice that is not like febreze, but something actually real...
Stamps--why are they always increasing? =O
Snacks--especially to dip my tea into!
Please ask before sending anything you are unsure of.
Smoke free. No nudity or anything "inappropriate."
